Among today's talk of voter fraud, a critical role is overlooked: the importance of NGOs in early voting.
Below, I show the receipts where NGOs directly take a role in making the midterms happen.
It's been a long week, and I'm too tired to type up a summary.
Just know the two main points:
Republicans have an institutional blindness. They believe getting voters is all about branding and messaging. They pay enormous sums to consultants and TV ads and have endless conferences on what the right "message" is.
Democrats, meanwhile, have built an entire and expensive institutional machinery around getting people physically to the polls. And they were more motivated in 2026 than any other year.
I do NOT deny the existence of voter fraud. Saying the data doesn't show that others claim to show, is not equivalent to saying there is no fraud.
As I've said in several posts today, the election system in the United States is structurally set up such that citizenship verification is an honor system. The biggest swings in 2026 were among young people and Hispanics.
And 2026 was a concerted effort by NGOs like none other. Watch them in their own words how they pulled it off:

FLASHBACK: WOMAN SET POTENTIAL ICE FACILITY ABLAZE ON CAMERA
Dara S. O’Connor got two years in prison and was ordered to pay $43,612 for damages after pleading guilty to possessing two destructive devices allegedly used to attempt destroying a Kansas City-area warehouse on property ICE wanted to use for detained illegal aliens.
News agencies at the scene were reporting that the real estate transaction DID NOT go through when they recorded O’Connor throwing two “Molotov cocktails” at the building. She then ignited the flammable liquid and attempted to spread the fire using a bottle of accelerant.
🚨Susie Wiles referred to Pam Bondi as a best friend and promoted her job as Attorney General.
Between these two, what could have possibly gone wrong?

Here’s Calley making excuses for Kennedy’s failure to pull the shots off the market, claiming Prasad had an “elegant solution” by requiring Pfizer to do another study but FDA dropped the ball. In reality, we have an enormous amount of data, and Kennedy could pull it with a stroke of a pen.

Susie Wiles was sneaking behind Trumps back? Is this why she’s gone?
Prominent MAHA advisor Calley Means details his experience in the White House and says Chief of Staff Susie Wiles blocked MAHA health initiatives to protect campaign donations.
“I don’t think President Trump knows about this.”
Means says Wiles has a near-absolute grip on policy to repeatedly block or delay MAHA initiatives to protect industry donations. She opposed measures to reduce sugar in children’s diets, citing the need for sugar-industry money ahead of the midterms.
Wiles also pushed for more flavored e-cigarette approvals (a priority for tobacco companies that donated heavily to the GOP) and relaxed proposed restrictions on kratom products, sometimes called “gas station heroin.”
“We need money for the midterms,” Wiles repeatedly told Means.
Wiles and her team prioritized fundraising from pharmaceutical, pesticide, tobacco, and other special-interest sources over the administration’s stated health priorities. The White House is dominated by former lobbyists who slow-walked voter-backed reforms while publicly claiming support.
Children of some lobbyist have set up their own lobby firms.

There are rare moments when I’m at a loss for words, but the outpouring of support for @StephenM truly awes me.
Stephen has stood by President Trump for 11 years through wins, investigations, rallies, foreign trips, state visits, and more. I’ve seen him work relentlessly around the clock to fulfill President Trump’s promises to American people.
When we left office in 2021, Stephen always knew Trump would return and told the White House staff so on our last day in 45. No one (except @DanScavino) has worked harder or believes in this President more than Stephen.
President Trump loves this story: Stephen and I met because of him when I worked on immigration at DHS. Without him, our four beautiful children wouldn’t exist. Anyone who has called Stephen in the morning or around dinner knows he is an incredibly active dad who pours his whole heart into them daily.
Watching your best friend and spouse achieve their dreams is a once-in-a-lifetime experience.
To the reporters prognosticating about the future and what his appointment means: Stephen loves our country and wants to make it better for our kids and yours. He means business and is ready to work.
