On the 14th July 2025 @SEGA raided my home with the City of London police using invalid warrants, seized 150 consoles they acknowledge I own, arrested me for money laundering and refuse to explain what crime they suspect I committed. Time to expose everything. #GamingCommunity

Day 470 of being framed for a non existent crime after @SEGA colluded with @CityPolice to raid my home, arrest me at 7am, steal my consoles and fabricate words that were never said during an interview, refuse to provide me the transcript and not realising I recorded it myself.
Seems like @CityPolice don’t want to update me on my internal complaints, so I had to give them a nudge.
You all seemed so confident you could exhaust me, where is that energy now?
Remember, I don’t just complain to organisations that try to brush things under the rug, I file lawsuits.

Cornell University published a psychological paper that explains every terrible boss, every loud influencer, and every broken corporate hierarchy.
It’s called “Unskilled and Unaware of It.”
they tested participants across logic, grammar, and humor to measure the gap between actual performance and self-perception.
And the results are wild.
participants scoring in the bottom 12th percentile consistently believed they were operating in the 62nd percentile.
they were not lying. they were literally incapable of recognizing their own incompetence.
the paper revealed a brutal paradox:
the exact skills required to master a domain are the exact same skills required to accurately evaluate your own competence in that domain.
if you lack the skill, you inherently lack the cognitive capacity to realize you are failing.
this creates a dangerous systemic loop.

1 Year 3 months and 12 days, or 67 weeks that i’ve been fighting a battle against evil & corruption to clear my name and have my property returned to me.
The fight continues until justice is served.
It’s been over a month since @CityPolice last updated me on my complaints which have been suspended since July 2025. I know you’re all watching my tweets so can you get me that update asap please.
On a side note, everyone in the picture below will eventually be sued for trespass, alongside all the other people that nobody seems to want to identify that entered my home on 14th July.

Sound like two liabilities that should be kept at arms length, look at the mess they’ve created so far, nobody wants to risk their career associating with alleged corruption.

If a private company provides bad intel to the police, who then proceed to procure search warrants, raid multiple houses, arrest multiple people and then tamper with interview transcripts to try and retrospectively cover it all up -
It poses a very important question that needs to be clarified by the High Court.
Does the reliance on intel from third parties, with no further investigation by the police as to the reliability of that intel, satisfy the requirement of “providing police services” as referenced, obiter, in YL v Birmingham (the leading authority on the 6(3)b HRA exception, or 6(5) if you’re being picky)
The only way to ascertain this will be to uncover exactly what information was provided by Sega and their “investigative partner” to the police, which will begin the unravelling of who lied to who.
Because ultimately I know exactly what I told their “investigative partner” and I know with absolute confidence it gave rise to absolutely zero criminal liability in itself.
So, if the private complainant assumed the role of the police investigator, the police act upon that information as though they had obtained it themselves, does that satisfy the requirement of providing police services?
Logic says yes, will a judge agree? That is to be found out!
At the bare minimum this question, which is unanswered in law, shows that my claim is absolutely not capable of being certified as “totally without merit” which is the position Sega has taken.
I imagine this position was based on a misunderstanding that as a self represented party I would fold easily, combined with the false theft narrative that is slowly disintegrating everyday I remain uncharged of any crime.
The fact is, however lengthy the particulars of claim are, every allegation is backed with evidence, it poses a novel question of law, it was brought within the 1 year timeframe and has been transferred by a High Court judge as opposed to being thrown out immediately.
1500 hours of research went in to that claim.
It cites both domestic and convention caselaw correctly.
It asks for a declaration that the Claimants rights were violated, and damages the court deems appropriate.
In plain English, it is not a lawsuit seeking money.
Anyone who read the particulars and concluded this is an “extortion exercise” needs to seriously re evaluate their competence.
The TWM application will fail, both on merit and due to the lack of filing a valid AOS.
And for the lawyers reading this, i’m simply doing what any of you would have done in my situation, where you have been treated so incredibly unfairly having done absolutely nothing wrong.

Not criminal, no theft, no wrongdoing, a civil ownership issue they thought they could get their way out of by using the police and thinking i’d be uninformed enough to sign away my legal ownership under pressure.

The misfeasance claim, which btw will be brought by a major law firm now i’ve built the evidential matrix myself, will be something you’ve never seen before.

Considering the initial zeal with which Sega, their pi and the police came in to my life, arresting me, stealing my property and accusing me of extortion, it’s rather funny how quiet everyone has gone.

You appear trapped, everyday that misfeasance liability compounds, personal liability remember.
Any idea that a future out of court settlement will make this go away is incredibly mistaken after the utterly ridiculous extortion allegation.
I simply wanted to discuss the ownership dispute over the consoles and try to resolve it amicably.
As I have tried to do since the day I was arrested.
Now? I want my consoles back, nothing less will suffice. They are mine, they will come back to me. I will fight endlessly to support this.
You can solely thank whichever genius who decided the extortion comment was a sensible idea for this position.
I expect in the long term @Sony @Microsoft & @Nintendo will be drawn in to a long legal battle over the consoles, further exposing @SEGA and their complete incompetence.
Remember, if you’d contacted me like any sensible person back in 2025 you’d have the consoles back and nobody would ever have known you screwed up.
Now I want my name in law books as an example of what happens when laymen try to misinterpet the law against someone who actually knows their position is legally sound.

I just bought a whole load of stuff from @dolcegabbana office clearance, they must have moved or refurb’d.
All the typical stuff, CCTV cameras, ID scanners, printers, even all their Henry hoovers. Very similar to the things @SEGA disposed of which I still have possession of.
