How much research did you do in to the candidates the demOrats were running, none. You all lived in your own bubble.
You need to take responsibility for all the covering you all had done for trump. None of you during this period showed any effort to hold this administration and the GOP congress and senate accountable.
If you see my time line from yesterday you will find a stark difference between you all and me. Did any of you get a call yestday morning by the RNC to come in for a meeting to talk about next steps.
You see Mike you all talk a good propaganda game online and you all believe social media is a reflection of reality, It is not. Your entire group are nothing more then cheerleaders and propagandist.
As a group you don't listen, you don't investigate you you are brown wood . Party leaders didn't call you yesterday to talk about what's next. You see they already knew and in my post after I got out of the meeting you would learn how they knew.
But hey they are not going to call you guys for advice and help picking up the pieces today , and none of you will be in meetings today at a RNC HQ near you today.

I have over the years had many one on one conversations with them and I can tell you they are empty suites they are controlled by special interest and they speak with a forked tongue .

A lot has changed in 10 years and to be frank within 2 months of this term Trump started going sideways before the end of his first year I was already half way out the door hoping he didn't destroy the party on Feb 28th I declared he just gave the mid terms to the demOrats because I knew what the consequence of the war of choice he started would have on this country and if you look at the exit polls the #1 reason people voted against the Republican party the war party was because of the war 71% of people polled after voting said the war was their number #1 issue.
As I stated on February 28th Trump became the worst president in US history and that is what history is going to record of his legacy. When Asked on Feb 27th if Trump would go to war with Iran I answered " no, because he wasn't that stupid" I was wrong about that he is that stupid. I was called in to the largest RNC HQ in Michigan today for a team meeting. All the top insiders where there all the Lead Party chairs and paid party executives and two top donors and funder raisers.
Should be noted I didn't get the call until 11 am which at the time I was already on a project work site so unlike everyone else at the meeting I wasn't dressed for the occasion.
Here is some of my hot takes once the meeting got rolling.
1. The Michigan RNC had major problems getting the big state donors to put up funds in this election the the feed back was it was because of Trump. No matter how go their arguments this election wasn't about Trump but about the state party candidates.
2. Over whelming negative feed back on direct voters calls. Same feed back as with the big donors it was all about Trump.
3. The GOP has a major problem getting small donations . Small donors make up less than 2% of the money raised in this election cycle.
From their I managed to move the conversation passed today and all the negatives to tomorrow and what we start doing tomorrow. I no more finished my statement and the head man in the room got up from his chair and said "what have I been telling you all just what he said"
From that point on I basically took over the meeting and I loved how everyone interacted with me. We had a awesome back and forth and I must say it felt very much like it is in spaces for me only with actual adults who are all trying to achieve the same goal.
I lead the conversation about getting more people involved actively and early with the selection committee. And that's when, first I wont say her name but she is one of the biggest donors in Michigan asked me a simple question.
She asked " what position do you want to run for" Yeah that's not going to happen though they as a group pressed me.
These people gratefully are thinking ahead and know the party is in deep shit. And we are looking at a major rebuild. about a 3rd of their direct calls to get out the where told "I am not voting what Trump is in office " On a typically election day that office would be filled with volunteers the phone backs would all laid out and dailling like madd. None of that was happening.
Only the people with skin in the game the big donors and paid RNC people were in that room and me.
And I know why I got the call when I did and why the Head of the RNC who I have known for years and we have become personnel friend. Called me because they knew I would get them past today and excited for tomorrow.
