A major cable-stayed bridge in St. Petersburg. Parts of the region experienced electricity outages and disruptions to water supplies. For years, russia has systematically attacked Ukraine’s energy infrastructure, oil facilities, and civilian infrastructure, trying to plunge Ukrainian cities into darkness. Now, the war is increasingly reaching russia’s own critical infrastructure. Putin wanted to destroy Ukraine’s economy. Instead, he is destroying russia’s economy. Russia can stop this war at any moment by leaving Ukrainian territory.
