Was talking to #GoBolts Jon Cooper about this and he was telling me how putting on the gear twice a day during the entire season is a lot.
But every player is different, some guys like throwing the gear on, other guys like putting on a track suit and feeling the puck.
He wants his guys to do whatever is best for them.
I’m being told this is a new trend that the #GoBolts are starting called “Open Ice”, guys can go on for morning skates (optional morning skates) if they want in their track suits, or they can participate in the full gear morning skate if they’d like.
