State-sanctioned pain patient torture and MASS MURDER program still in progress, based on DOCUMENTED LIES about "prescription opioid medications!"

Here's what we know about the state-sanctioned pain patient torture and mass murder program: • The FDA/NIH decided that informed consent for medical experimentation could be waived when the experiment posed "minimal risk;" • Experimentation without informed consent began on the pain patient population at the VA and then expanded to the Medicare beneficiaries and then to the general population, to use "non-opioid alternatives" for pain treatment (except there ARE no effective "non-opioid alternatives;" • The prohibitionist "addiction psychiatrists" helped label all pain patients on long-term opioid therapy as "addicts;" • The government used the false narratives, manipulated data, and lies about "prescription opioid medications" to codify the need to use "non-opioid alternatives" to treat chronic pain (but this far has not FOUND any "non-opioid alternatives" that are effective; • The DEA went crazy and decided that the definition of a controlled substance is "a substance that you cannot have anymore," and is ignoring the fact that these medications have legitimate medical uses for chronic, intractable, trauma, cancer, palliative, hospice, and surgical pain patients; • The "public health emergency declaration in the opioid crisis" has allowed the health agencies and DEA to set aside any law they desire to proceed with their "public health initiatives.". These included inserting anti-opioid propaganda into medical school curriculums (unlawful, 42 USC § 1395), data-mining private patient data to find outliers who are prescribed more than what the government thinks is "excessive" (unlawful, HIPPA), prosecuting pain doctors for the "crime" of treating pain using "paid expert witness testimony" to convince Juries of guilt (unlawful, SCOTUs Decision in Ruan vs United States), and much more; • Pain patients are now tortured, and are dying from medical complications, medical condition collapse, known increased risks of excessively high blood pressure that is non-responsive to BP meds, known increased risks of heart attack, stroke, and suicide after a forced-taper or loss of access to therapeutic doses of pain medications. Patient outcomes were NOT tracked when the agenda to restrict access to pain medication was rolled out, so we have no accurate data about the number of harms and deaths caused by these policies, although the evidence suggests that hundreds of thousands of patients may have died over the past decade as a direct result of these policies; • No government official has responded in any way to repeated calls for reform, even though these policies have NOT reduced deaths from illicit fentanyl analog compound poisonings, the stated purpose of the policies. And the reason is that "prescription opioid medications" had nothing whatsoever to do with the parabolic rise in deaths from illicit drugs beginning in the early 2000's - the original Big Lie told to the public by the prohibitionists and captured health agencies; • Dept of Health and Human Services has not responded in any way to the April 2025 filing of a legal Notice of a Request for Review of the Public Health Emergency Declaration in the Opioid Crisis, and has renewed that declaration twice since RFKJr was confirmed - and, has not returned the little green signature card from the post office from either the April 2025 filing or the resubmission Sept 30th, 2025; • A District Court lawsuit will have to be filed in 2026 if we are unable to get the Dept of HHS to resolve our concerns about the corruption, false narratives, failure to protect patient safety, and all the rest of it - you can read the Notice here, which has numerous Sections that detail every known issue, problem, and LIE perpetrated by the health agencies upon the public - drive.google.com/file/d/1YU3…

How many thousands of Americans have been put on this ghastly terrible drug b/c MDs are terrified of the dea and their 'war on drugs'? How does replacing safe legal effective rx opioid pain medications, with gabapentin, help any patients? It is replacing one drug with another. Side effects and benefits/costs of any drug should be up to the patient, not by a paid compromised corrupt authoritarian government that makes decisions based on anything other than patient outcome health and well being. Most US citizens do not understand pharmacology and all of the names of the various drugs they might be prescribed. There once was a day that patients could trust MDs to put patient interest above everything. That day is long past, today the dea and state narc boards and LE run pain management.
It's a truly terrible drug (based on my personal experiences). I was forced on it for four months because my temporary doctor didn't believe in RX opioids - so he ripped me off my safe low-dose opioids and put me on this toxic drug that was craziness in a bottle. At the lowest doses of 50mgs three times a day, I was seriously cognitively impaired. It's like I was drunk, slurring my words and nodding off mid-sentence. I had multiple falls and several serious injuries. I couldn't have walked a straight line to save my life, I refused to drive because I was impaired to a dangerous degree. I gained 50lbs in four months... the list of problems I experienced because of Gabapentin is long. I'm typically a light eater, and on Gaba I was making these massive heaping piles of food - I'd be halfway through it and thinking about what I was going to eat next. I also had immediate memory issues - brain fog, stupidity, whatever you want to call it, I lost words and had marked memory problems, which never completely recovered even after I stopped taking it. Now I'm noticing word loss and worsening memory problems, I'm deeply concerned about premature drug-induced dementia. I'm too young to be having these memory issues, I swear Gabapentin did permanent brain damage. One good thing? I was so stoned on it that I didn't feel pain. Well, it seems like a good thing, right? It's why we take pain management meds, but I hurt myself badly multiple times, and it never hurt. Burns, deep cuts, a crushed thumb... little to no pain. Gaba - for me - is the worst, most dangerous toxic drug I've ever come across, and now I find I'm losing words and memories of things I did or said recently - I'm truly afraid of premature dementia. I won't be in the least surprised to find that these experiences are more common than not. Medicine needs to stop with the opioid hysteria, and allow adults to make decisions as to what they take under doctor's supervision, and have the right to say no to a bad drug, and be believed, not just presumed to be making up stories just to access opioids. If I wanted to get high and stay high, all I'd need is Gaba and Baclofen. Between the two of those drugs, I'd be stoned for life. No thanks, I actually want to be pain managed - which RX opioids do extremely well, considering I've been on a stable dose for 15 years and not stoned stupid. #WeDontRecover #PainProfiteers #ProhibitionPolicy #OpioidsSaveLives

eurekalert.org/news-releases… What this doesn't address is how many who were diagnosed with Opioid Use Disorder actually had OUD. If it even exists, at all. OUD is not opioid addiction. It was a made up "disease" by a workgroup funded by the companies who benefit. Pain pts were listed as their untapped market. Now sick, disabled pts in severe pain are being slapped with this diagnosis and pushed onto Suboxone. Where are the Netflix documentaries?

Fewer opioid prescriptions only mean there's excessive human suffering. Suffering that is unnecessary. Opioids are derived from a beautiful, GOD given flower 🌸 for healing and are VERY INEXPENSIVE. Yet, Withholding them can cost someone their life, livelihood & peace of mind.
WHAT IF ONE OF THE BIGGEST MISTAKES IN MODERN PAIN MEDICINE IS CONFUSING FEWER PRESCRIPTIONS WITH BETTER PATIENT OUTCOMES? Think about that for a moment. 👉A physician reduces a patient’s long-term opioid prescription. 👉An institution reports declining opioid utilization. 👉An insurer celebrates reduced exposure. 👉A healthcare system points to fewer prescriptions as evidence of responsible prescribing. But here’s the question nobody should be allowed to skip: WHAT HAPPENED TO THE PATIENT? Did their pain improve? Did their physical functioning improve? Did they return to work? Sleep better? Regain independence? Experience fewer hospitalizations? Or did the prescription simply disappear while the suffering remained? Because reducing a number on a spreadsheet is not the same thing as improving a human life. And here’s where the conversation becomes uncomfortable. Full agonist opioids carry serious risks. Nobody should pretend otherwise. But the existence of those risks does not establish that removing an effective medication from every long-term patient produces a better outcome. • Some patients benefit. • Some don’t. • Some experience substantial harm, including addiction. • Others experience meaningful improvements in function and quality of life through responsible, medically supervised use. That complexity is precisely why individualized medicine exists. Yet prescription reduction is measurable, reportable, and institutionally convenient. A patient’s deteriorating quality of life is much easier to overlook. So here’s my challenge to the healthcare establishment: If you’re going to celebrate fewer opioid prescriptions, show us what happened to the people whose prescriptions were reduced or discontinued. Show us their pain outcomes. Show us their functional outcomes. Show us their mental health outcomes. Show us whether they actually became healthier. And show us the patients who deteriorated, too. Because a policy cannot be judged solely by the medication it removes. It must also be judged by the consequences it leaves behind. If the prescription count goes down but the patient’s suffering goes up, what exactly are we celebrating? Chronic pain patients are not statistical inconveniences. We are human beings. And we deserve something far more meaningful than a healthcare system congratulating itself for prescribing less. WE DESERVE PROOF THAT OUR LIVES ARE GETTING BETTER.

Complex Pain is a life sentence. Canada and increasing numbers of States support state-sanctioned torture and capital punishment for the crime of pain. In other words, the death penalty. I want to live! Do pain patients deserve the #DeathPenalty ? No. We deserve function and Quality of Life with RX opioids. We deserve ethical compassionate pain management. #ProhibitionPolicy #PainProfiteers #RememberMaggie 3pm - August 10th, 2022 #MAIDinCanada #OpioidsSaveLives #WeDontRecover
And some of us have been serving that life sentence for many decades. #chronicillness #ChronicPain

Look at the clowns holding signs. Interesting that some of the same individuals who vilified the Sackler family and OxyContin are now fighting over how the opioid settlement money should be spent. Most of their loved ones were never legally prescribed OxyContin or any other prescription opioid yet prescription pain medication became the scapegoat and millions of chronic pain patients have been forced to suffer because of it. I find it rather delicious to watch these groups fight over blood money. May you all receive what you have done to many. insidernj.com/press-release/…

The government is creating the narrative they want you to believe about a plant called kratom. Right now, kratom is losing in the court of public opinion and that’s exactly what the government wants. Same narrative was used with OxyContin/Sackler family even though Purdue had 3% of the overall opioid market. The war on kratom is about 3 things: lawsuits against kratom manufacturers & distributors, getting kratom users hooked on the highly addictive opioid Suboxone, and securing opioid settlement dollars to further fund the anti-kratom narrative. And Andrew Kolodny of @BrandeisU is at the root of this evil

You can't have over a decade of "failed" public health drug policy impacting every single person across North America, where outcomes are intentionally not tracked despite years of calling for transparency and accountability, and claim that this lack of tracking is anything other than 100% intended. The iatrogenic injuries and deaths of the Complex Pain population are clearly "FULLY INTENDED CONSEQUENCES" (the title of my book), a product of the highly profitable #ProhibitionPolicy agenda enacted by our Governments - all parties across multiple countries, via the alphabet orgs, private industry, and publicly funded research institutions. At this point the failed policy and lack of tracking cannot be viewed in any other way. Prohibition is the blunt tool used to enact the brutally intentional culling of the herd. #ProhibitionPolicy #RecoverOrDie #PainProfiteers #DisabledDemocide

NEVER RETURN UNUSED RX OPIOIDS - THEY MAY SAVE YOUR LIFE SOMEDAY! Stored properly, RX opioids can maintain their strength and efficacy for 30yrs or longer. The military did the research and testing, and they store their RX opioids for decades. On the other hand if you return them, there's a high possibility they'll just be diverted to the street by some slippery fingered pharmacy staff. Think that sounds unfair? Then think about this: news reports state that between 2012 and 2019, 9 MILLION doses of RX opioids were stolen from pharmacies - not by pain patients, but by people with access to the pharmacy, whether diverted by staff or stolen and diverted by other criminals. Keep your opioids safe from criminals - don't take them back to the pharmacy.
Absolutely ridiculous. What a waste of taxpayer dollars If there was an opioid crisis, why would there be unused opioids to return? Rep Bonamici (Oregon) wants chronic pain patients to fund these ridiculous drug take back days. The world has gone mad

As a vocal patient advocate, I will continue to warn patients to stay away from interventional pain clinics. There’s mounting data to support these procedures are ineffective for pain but have WORSENED pain. Say no to all forms of oral buprenorphine. It all rots the teeth and many have reported oral cancer Cancel all elective procedures unless medication is sent over prior. Chances are the pharmacist will not dispense pain medication or will not have it in stock. thedoctorpatientforum.com/

State-sanctioned pain patient torture and mass murder program still in progress, based on FALSE CLAIMS about "prescription opioid medications!" WHERE is the @WHFraudTF @AGToddBlanche @SecKennedy @DrOzCMS @SaraCarterDC ?
This medically tortured 48yr old Complex Pain Patient states he can't "live like this" for the rest of his life. He's looking for a place to be euthanized, a country that puts pain patients down like old dogs rather than prescribe an opioid. No person should ever be coerced to choose death when we absolutely have the ability to manage pain ethically and compassionately, but refuse to. When it comes down to life or death, what country, what medical system, what political system tortures vulnerable patients to death? Well, Canada, for one. The United States for another. This is 100% #CrimesAgainstHumanity #DeathByDoctor #DisabledDemocide #RecoverOrDie #WeDontRecover #RememberMaggie

Well… Well… Well… The host of The Shawn Ryan Show (a major military/veteran podcast with a large presence on X/Twitter as @ShawnRyan762) …is a former U.S. Navy SEAL and CIA contractor whose birth name is Sean Ryan Palmisano (sometimes styled Shawn Ryan Palmisano in public records). “Shawn Ryan” is the professional/pseudonym he adopted around the mid-2010s when launching his training company and media work. The more ya know…. I never cared for Him and now I know why!

For many veterans, access to dental care remains one of the most significant gaps in @DeptVetAffairs healthcare. The DAV-backed Dental Care for Veterans Act (H.R. 210) aims to help close that gap by expanding comprehensive dental coverage to all veterans enrolled in the VA healthcare system. Taxpayer dollars are being used to fund “harm reduction” programs. This is harm encouraging. My God, what is going on in this country? Drug addicts are being taught how to inject illicit drugs while hospice patients are being denied pain medication. The harm reduction scheme continues freebeacon.com/democrats/peg…
