My hard drive died. Every PR video I ever filmed is gone. 160 squat, 170 deadlift, 120 bench, 85 OHP at 85kg BW. Zero proof left. Starting the receipts over. On camera. Today.

One thing I’ve learned from dealing with a tailbone injury is that you can’t force every training session. There was a period when heavy squats and deadlifts weren’t worth the discomfort. So I adjusted. Lighter movements. More controlled reps. Working around what irritated the area. I’m back squatting to depth now. Sometimes making progress means knowing when to reduce the load instead of constantly adding more.

Here's your cue to become stronger, because stronger they say is BETTER. Let hit the gym this week shall we?!

140 kg back squats today. 3 × 3. Still working on getting stronger while keeping the reps controlled. There’s more weight to move, but we’ll get there.

this has to be the best physique I've seen for a man in his 50s and older. but claiming to be natural is just not true no matter his diet.

I'm begging you: < dox your face on 𝕏 < post video content < write long-form articles < pick one niche and stay in it < share REAL numbers and proof < put more effort into hooks than the post body itself < space your posts 2H minimum < repurpose your winners < use AI to handle your research and ideation phases < say what you actually think (strong opinions) When you explode on 𝕏 from this, thank me later.

You don’t have to feel motivated all the time. You just have to start. Five minutes in, you’ll be glad you did. ✅

This is not a flex, that's why someone built like this will never win Mr Olympia
The muscle size and thickness across his chest, shoulders, and arms are impressive. His overall physique carries serious mass.

If you believe that this physique only took 10 months, I’ve got some oceanfront property in Arizona to sell you.

Lower A done 🥵 This new lower workout is killing me lately. Pendulum’s still broken since we got home… can’t even imagine when that gets back in the mix. (Ignore the time on the template, still figuring out this new app 🙃) Hope you all had a good weekend! Off to enjoy this sunshine finally. Sending love 💖

A 10-year-old girl just casually knocked out 64 pull-ups like it was a warm-up. Meanwhile, I’m fighting for my life to get to 30. 😂💀 At what age are we officially allowed to start feeling embarrassed by a child’s strength?

30kg dumbbell walking lunges humbled me on the very first step. First time moving up from 25kg, and I hadn’t even found my balance before I stumbled. Then failed halfway through the set. Funny how an extra 5kg in each hand can make such a difference. Anyway, still had to finish the set though. .

Thanks man! Honestly, nothing prepares for the jump in weight for that first step form 25 to 30kgs. Still on the grind 💪

Heavy squats are one thing. Having to do walking lunges afterwards is where I start questioning my own programming decisions.
