Very sorry to hear about the passing of F1 legend Alan Jones. My thoughts go out to his family and friends.
The first race I ever attended was the 1981 Long Beach Grand Prix - a spectacular race that Alan went on to win. That experience kick-started my lifelong love for racing and F1, and it has stayed with me to this day. I feel incredibly proud to own Alan’s championship race car.
To me that car is extra special because of the connection to Mansour Ojjeh, who sponsored Alan and has been instrumental in McLaren's history.
Thank you, Alan, for the inspiration.
Damn, there goes my first racing hero .

Greg Moore, always made you smile as well as EVERYONE around him.
While focused & unrelenting on the track - a winner; when he was out of the car always happy, optimistic & laidback.
He made people feel special when HE was really the special one.
Gone too soon RIP - 10/31/99

Michigan International Speedway 1978.
Tom Sneva's pole winning Penske PC-6.
Looking at the results you see Tom won the pole by nearly 6 mph over Johnny Rutherford - an incredible margin. Wild range of qualifying speeds throughout the field.
Still a memorable & fantastic race!

Another very fair assessment of a #Ferrari from @_rlane_ who has tried out the 12Cilindri Manuale. I was skeptical but am far less so now. Oh, and those new wheels look better than those on the "regular" 12C. autocar.co.uk/car-news/new-c… via @autocar

Very special tribute at Indianapolis Motor Speedway today to honor 1973 & 1982 Indianapolis 500 winner Gordon Johncock.
Gordon would have wanted to run some laps and tire test on this perfect day...
The colors were simply amazing & beautiful under the sunny blue sky!
