Noah putting Knighton on a poster, LSU & Houston getting physical after 4x1, Sha’carri actually having a personality, Me running in a ski mask… notice how much buzz track gets when people do something outside the norm or show a little bit of personality instead of being a robot.

But wait, there’s more!
How about this big win from freshman @David_A_Foster that propelled him all the way up to 2️⃣nd on the Cal all-time list?! 🐻

Very thankful that God put you in my life 💯
As a coach, I appreciate being able to help athletes reach their goals. I’d like to highlight our training groups accomplishments. I wish it were enough spaces to highlight ALL those who weren’t National Champions, or All Americans, but STILL demonstrated great progression. #APXP

I want to say thank you to everyone who's been with me on this journey. Lord knows how much I wanted to be in that final. BUT I walk away with a smile because I know I showed many that after 4 years out, you can still fight and make dreams come true. APTTMH 🙏🏾🕊️

Another one!! @TompkinsTFXC & @GH_Track sprinter @mark_ngei signed w/ @hbutrack. Mark’s 400 went from 50.04 to 48.26 in ONE year of combined training (Tomp/GH). On top of his athletic aid, 1350 on the SAT shows he’s a STUDENT-Ath. His words reminded me why I coach. Thank you 🙏🏾

We need wind gauges! On a day that most likely would have produced a legal mark, @TompkinsTFXC and @GH_Track 2021 sprinter @David_A_Foster ran 10.34 in the prelims while backing off at 90m. This is his 2nd 100 of the season. #BeGreater #APXP

When we say @GH_Track has some of the best youth athletes in the world, we mean it. At 17, @David_A_Foster is among the top 60m athletes in the world under 20.
