@skytv been a customer for more than 25 years. Moved house and talked to your staff for an hour today trying to tell them I’d moved house, that my contract was ending and that I wanted to switch from Sky Q to Sky Stream but the prices quoted were ridiculous. 1/2

As promised we apologise for the minor errors. The technicality of mistakenly appointing a former criminal defence lawyer as a barrister, and the assumption that because the University of Cambridge has a department and an award named after him, he went there.
