Hot Chocolate Charm Recipe A marshmallow figure floating happily in cocoa, ignorant to his impending demise. Ingredients Hot Chocolate: 1 serving: 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa 2 tablespoons sugar 2 ½ tablespoons water 1 cup milk ½ teaspoon vanilla extract Marshmallow Snowman: 3 large marshmallows 4 pretzel sticks Gel icing in black & orange Toothpicks Hot Chocolate Directions: Combine cocoa, sugar, and water in a saucepan. Bring to a boil. Stir as you go. Turn heat down to medium. Add milk and continue to stir. Remove from heat. Stir in vanilla. Top with marshmallow man. Snowman Directions: Attach 3 marshmallows with toothpicks. Stick in pretzel limbs. Decorate with icing. Drop him into hot chocolate for a fiery death.
