@DNVR_Nuggets @DLineCo @HarrisonWind if these five had stayed healthy I just think it’s a different postseason. Certainly reason to be hopeful. Especially considering cam even more comfortable. CB better or somewhat better than last year
And I a more versatile bench
Lakers nuggets row three. And my dream comes true: Brazil plays with the starters @DNVR_Nuggets did hard dean @HarrisonWind
Incredible documentary - the intimacy that Meryl Streep and Al Pacino and so on afforded Richard. You will never see it again. A side of both - especially her - that I’ve never forgottten
John Cazale's impressive acting career was tragically cut short. @SaltyShep's documentary I Kew It Was You re-examines the amazing work Cazale did and also his lifelong friendship with Al Pacino.
Richard talks to me about making the doc: buff.ly/Htlv40J

still remember watching a David Attenborough documentary where he mentioned that at full gallop the Cheetah's whole body is lifted off the ground longer than the times the paws makes contact, so in a way the Cheetah is almost flying.

The Pink Panther “Does your dog bite?” gag was already 80 years old when Peter Sellers did it.
It’s an old vaudeville joke from the late 1800s, and it lands because the “Zimmer” line disarms you first. Plus Graham Stark was Sellers’ best friend; the timing was years in the making

"Our technology keeps getting better. Our social lives keep getting smaller...
Everybody might prefer, in the abstract, a world of dinner parties, neighborhood friendships, and spontaneous gatherings. But on any given Wednesday at 7:45pm., it is easier to look at a screen than to host a party.
Modernity has shifted leisure from activities that require coordination with other people toward activities that can be consumed without the permission or participation of others. Compared to TikTok, a dinner party is a terrible leisure technology. It requires matching schedules, cleaning the house, buying food, accommodating children and allergies, tolerating awkwardness, and taking the risk that the evening is mediocre. By contrast, what does television ask of us? Nothing. TikTok? Even less.
We keep creating opportunities for downtime that eliminate the need for other people to be present."
