Coach Grecco 🇺🇸🇮🇹

Parents and athletes How do you expect your high school coaches to help you with recruiting when: • When you don’t show up to morning workouts • When you’re late to morning workouts • When you’re late to class • When you don’t do your classwork • When you cut reps or go half speed • When you skip lifts or conditioning • When you miss practice or show up unprepared • When you have effort issues in drills • When you have discipline issues in the building College coaches don’t just ask about talent. They ask about discipline, accountability, effort, and reliability. If you can’t be trusted to show up on time, work hard, and handle your responsibilities in HS, it’s hard for a coach to stand on the table for you at the next level. Recruiting starts with habits. Your actions every day matter more than highlights. #CORESportsRecruiting
