First, @flipkartsupport @Flipkart delivered the wrong product. Then, I received a damaged product. I requested a replacement, which was approved both over a phone call and in the order history. And now, you've cancelled the replacement order as well!
If you had no intention of delivering the product, why block my money for 5 days? Why should customers suffer because of your repeated mistakes and poor service?
This has been an extremely frustrating experience. Wrong product, damaged product, replacement approved, and then cancelled without resolution. What kind of customer service is this?
Honestly, Flipkart has been one of the worst online shopping experiences I've had. Completely disappointed with the way this has been handled.
I expect a proper explanation and an immediate resolution. Customers deserve better than this!

Disappointed with @Flipkart. My prepaid iPhone 17 was due on 10 Oct. After repeated delays, support told me via call, it was lost in transit and asked me to cancel. Delivery now shows 21 Oct, with no written explanation. This has caused me severe stress. Urgent resolution needed

Well expected! @Flipkart has been steadily declining for years: factory 2nds tampered with, voided packaging, first-copy products & forced Open Box Delivery. No dignity for products or buyers. And the subpar @flipkartsupport makes it worse. Think twice before your next purchase!
