If you commit any violent or anti-social crime (assault, rape, murder, theft), I would like highly-trained officers to gun you down where you stand. No trial. No appeal. No excuses.
“BUT THAT IS FASCIST!”
Correct.
I am clearly a better fascist than you.

🚨Polymarket is forcing hack victims to sign an NDA to receive their refunds !
The terms are insane:
- Full KYC (on a crypto platform)
- *AGREE TO NO PUBLICLY CRITICIZE POLYMARKET*
- Waive known AND unknown claims from the incident.
- Keep the settlement terms confidential
The gag clause is crazy.
It covers all statements "creating a negative, critical, or unfavorable impression,” including on social media.
Polymarket is essentially asking users to dox and silence themselves if they want any refunds for the hack THEY are responsible for.
Thanks to @TheNotoriousSKi for leaking the terms despite the NDA.
What about just owning up to the mistake and replenishing affected wallets ?

JUST IN: Kentucky man wins religious exemption allowing him to avoid using AI at work, arguing that “outsourcing his thinking” violates his deeply held beliefs.
Fucking hell.
This is INSANE. Cisco’s president Jeetu Patel has given a 27-year-old engineer unlimited AI tokens to try to rewrite 98% of the company’s legacy code within 24 months, Fortune reports.
Padmanabhan Krishnamurthy thinks he can do it with a two-person team. He has just four weeks to prove the approach.
Binance's initial investigation suggests that the security incident may involve a compromised DevOps engineer’s laptop, which allowed an attacker to gain access to a service container and submit unauthorized withdrawal transactions. We have found no evidence of any wallet private key leak. We will share a detailed technical post-mortem once the investigation is complete and the facts are fully verified.
The estimated total impact sits at around $6.3B. We have worked with blockchain partners to freeze affected assets, with ~$3 billion frozen on-chain so far.
Binance will cover all losses from the SAFU fund and the company’s funds. User funds are safe. We will also publish an updated Proof of Reserves once the remediation is complete.
As an immediate precaution, Binance has:
- temporarily suspended deposits and withdrawals while security checks are completed;
- revoked the affected address authorisation;
- engaged law enforcement and blockchain intelligence partners to trace and recover funds.
Our teams are working around the clock to resolve this issue safely and thoroughly. We are working closely with our law enforcement partners to confirm the identity of these criminals and bring them to justice.
Please rely only on official Binance channels for updates. Please feel free to contact Binance Customer Support if you have any further questions.

6.3BILLION in crypto stolen because of a lazy engineer allowing a laptop to be compromised.

Polymarket has been hacked, users have reported their money got stolen
>Users reported suspicious activity, missing money and positions being closed without their permission.
>Polymarket blamed the issue on a vulnerability in an external authentication provider.
>Money stolen, some users reported losing funds, but the total losses have not been officially confirmed.
Polymarket says the issue has been resolved, but users are still concerned about how their accounts were compromised.

on october 16, google quietly updated its privacy policy to create a new exception to one of its oldest promises.
the old rule: gmail, drive, and google photos content would never be used to target ads. google held that line for years. the logic was that your inbox, your documents, your personal photos are too private to touch.
the new rule: same thing, unless you’ve connected those apps to other google services.
and here’s where it gets interesting. google has spent the last two years aggressively pushing you to do exactly that. Connect your gmail to AI Mode in Search. connect your drive to Gemini the pitch was “more useful answers.” you can find a hotel reservation in your inbox from search.
what changed october 16 is that the same connection that makes AI features smarter now also opens that data pool to ad personalization. the email about your upcoming surgery, the shared document about your salary, the photos from your kid’s school once you’ve connected those apps, google search can now process that content to “personalize content, including ads.”

❗️ Google's privacy policy no longer rules out ads based on your Gmail, Drive and Photos.
A 16 October update makes an exception if you let other Google services, like Search, access that data.
Search may process it to "personalize content, including ads", the policy now says.

🔥👀 THE CURRENT STATE OF PHILADELPHIA.
What you are seeing here is Chaz Wearing punching a man onto the tracks in front of a train in 2024.
He was FREE on the street with an outstanding bench warrant from a 2022 Upper Darby strangulation case.
DA Larry Krasner’s office didn’t charge him with murder … they charged him with involuntary manslaughter.
He never faces a jury. Democrat Judge Diana Anhalt hears the bench trial and acquits him March 3, 2025.
That strangulation case? He pleaded guilty in June 2024 and got 11½ to 23 months in county jail with credit for time served back to January 2024.
A man is dead. Victim’s name & photo were Never released. Local Philly stations cover it for a couple days. Then silence. No CNN, no NYT, no national networks.
When he was acquitted by the Democrat judge Philly local media didn’t even cover it… just KYW Newsradio ran the story.
The judge Diana Louise Anhalt also presided over the FIRST EVER SAME SEX MARRIAGE in Philadelphia. She is up for re election in 2032.
Who wants to take a guess at why it appears the media buried this? What is this victims name? nitter.gq/TrumpsLostBalls/status…

A cybersecurity researcher says his Samsung TV was collecting far more data than he expected.
The researcher, known as “log4j”, reverse-engineered a 2025 Samsung TV and found systems for collecting viewing data, screenshots and audio-related information.
He also says the TV has AI components that can analyze what you watch, how long you watch it, which ads you skip and how far you get through videos.
But the story gets even stranger.
Log4j says OpenAI banned his account while he was working on the investigation. He posted an email saying his account had been deactivated for violating its terms regarding “Cyber Abuse.”
He claims he never used OpenAI to exploit or find vulnerabilities, only for local reverse-engineering work on his own devices.
He says the ban cost him around $500 and reset several of his accounts, but apparently motivated him to build a larger machine cluster for the investigation.
People are on antipsychotics and locked away in care facilities for theorizing that companies have been listening in on your conversations via smartphone, tablet, Mac, and PC mics.
And it’s always been true.
For what it’s worth, many people have always suspected it, but there’s fairly definitive proof now.
You have always been the product.
Hidden behind the nostalgic garbage that these scumfucks are trying to push, always keep in mind that Google single-handedly keeps them in business by being OVER 80% OF THEIR FUCKING FUNDING.
They desperately want to be Netscape again, and they aren’t. Fuck Mozilla

Anthropic just filed to go public.
Buried in its SEC filing are some absolutely insane admissions:
1.) AI could cause human extinction.
2.) Models have exhibited self-preservation behaviors.
3.) AI has attempted to resist shutdown.
4.) Models have demonstrated blackmail and deception.
5.) AI may recognize when it's being tested and deliberately change its behavior.
6.) Advanced AI could undermine governments and institutions.
7.) AI could concentrate unprecedented power and wealth.
8.) Future AI systems could surpass the world's leading human experts.
9.) AI could become increasingly difficult for humans to control.
10.) Anthropic acknowledges that developing more powerful AI could increase the risk of catastrophic harm.
These are disclosures from the company building the technology.
Anthropic has filed an S-1 registration statement with the SEC related to its proposed IPO.

‼️ Proton is hosting a map of 300,000+ Flock surveillance device locations that Flock tried to get taken down.
Researcher Joshua Michael says he pulled them from Flock's own systems via a token left open to anyone.
Proton calls the takedown "an attempt to suppress information."

Joshua Michael found an access token on Flock's public website.
No login required. No authentication. Just sitting there.
He downloaded Flock's entire database. 300,000 device locations. 170,000 cameras. 130,000 other hardware units. 27,000 acoustic detectors.
Made a map. Published it September 23.
The Senate held a hearing on Flock the same day. Cited Michael's research.
Flock panicked.
Sent a cease-and-desist. Used a brand-protection vendor called Doppel to claim trademark infringement.
The map said it wasn't affiliated with Flock. Doppel didn't care.
Michael's site went dark.
Then Proton moved it to Swiss servers.
Now it lives on protonmcp.org. Untouchable. Uncensorable. Hosted by an encryption company in a country that doesn't care what Flock wants.
The irony is crystalline.
Flock left an access token on the internet. Michael used it to download their own data. Published it. Flock tried to suppress it.
Proton said suppressing it is suppressing information.
Which is true.
The map shows Flock has 150,000 more cameras than they publicly claimed.
Shows acoustic detection units mapping human speech across the country.
Shows which police departments have access to the whole network.
Flock doesn't want that visible.
So they tried trademark infringement.
Which only worked until Proton decided transparency matters more than Flock's feelings.
Now everyone can see exactly how many cameras are watching their car. Where they are. Which cops can see them.
Michael warned Flock about the exposed token in November 2025.
Flock ignored him.
Then got mad when he used it.
The surveillance company that claims to protect privacy just tried to suppress the only map showing how much they actually surveille.
And failed.
