THIS SHOULD CONCERN EVERY JOURNALIST — AND EVERY AMERICAN. James O’Keefe and Cam Higby went undercover to test Minnesota’s election procedures. They did not cast a ballot. They did not sign the voter oath. They deliberately stopped before completing the voting process. Now they face felony charges. Think about the extraordinary contradiction here: When citizens raise concerns about potentially ineligible names remaining on voter rolls, we repeatedly hear some version of: “Being on the voter roll isn’t the same as illegally voting. No crime has occurred unless someone actually votes.” - this is not actually true either. So, the public dialogue needs to understand what is really happening here. Here Minnesota is pursuing journalists who were investigating the system — even though they didn’t vote and didn’t complete the process. You cannot have it both ways. If election procedures are secure, they should withstand investigation. If vulnerabilities exist, we should WANT journalists exposing them before an illegal ballot is ever cast. And if undercover reporters can be prosecuted simply for testing how far a government process will allow them to go, the implications extend far beyond elections. The First Amendment exists precisely because government institutions must be subject to scrutiny. Freedom of speech. Freedom of the press. Investigative journalism. The public’s right to know. Protect them. Investigate the process — don’t criminalize the investigation. Transparency strengthens elections. Silencing scrutiny does not. Colorado’s stuck in the same cycle as the addicts frozen on our sidewalks. NGOs keep handing out foil, pipes, and no-strings attached housing while deeply addicted individuals stay locked in place—alive but not living—because no one is willing to intervene. Prop 132 is the intervention. It creates a real path into treatment. Vote YES on 132. Post by DoBetterDNVR and not authorized by any candidate or committee.

🚨Regina Hinojosa just cashed a $750,000 check from Michael Bloomberg. That’s not a donation… that’s a New York City billionaire buying himself a Texas politician. Bloomberg is the same guy who spent years trying to ban soda, guns, and free speech in the Big Apple, and now he’s writing seven-figure checks to a Texas Democrat so she can lecture the rest of us about “our values.” Texas voters don’t need a NYC oligarch’s money or his politics. If Hinojosa wants to represent New York, she should run there!

Few have been subjected to the amount of lawfare James has. Much of his life has been devoted to fighting back against baseless criminal charges and vexatious litigation. I met up with him just a few days ago. He’s been incredibly supportive of my new book. Thank you for what you do, James—and for fighting on behalf of so many.
James O’Keefe on the Felony Charges for Exposing Fraud in Minnesota: This is not political. It is fundamental. It is about whether citizens still have the right to question their government. This is now a landmark First Amendment case, and every American’s right to speak truth to power has been put on the line. Weaponized lawfare does not work against me. It has always backfired on the people who come after me. Most people find criminal charges and lawsuits stressful; the process becomes a form of punishment. But I love this process because it gives me the opportunity to expose injustice at the highest levels. My foundation will be indemnifying members of the Justice League, including @camhigby for their lawful reporting. I’m calling on all Americans, and especially all journalists, to stand united on a message to the prosecutors in Minnesota: the politics of fear will not prevail in the United States of America.

BREAKING: Days ago, leftist Judge Jeanette Vargas BLOCKED Sec. Marco Rubio from freezing foreigner visas in 75 counties. In response? Marco Rubio just FROZE VISAS WORLDWIDE for "training" purposes - to ensure the soon-to-be limited number of visas won't be leeching off the taxpayer dime. He went around the rogue judge! Checkmate, traitor! You aren't stopping Marco!

Don’t EVER tell me that Flydubai Captain Smit Machchhar isn’t a hero, or that it was just an ‘altercation’ in the cockpit. The man is a genuine HERO who saved 174 lives from a scumbag Islamic jihadist who wanted to end 174 lives.

Minnesota just showed you who it really prosecutes. Not the repeat offenders Mary Moriarty keeps cutting loose. The two JOURNALISTS who caught the state's voting system with its pants down. James O'Keefe and Cam Higby are staring down felony charges, "identity theft" and "unlawful voting," for showing how little it takes to get vouched in at a Minneapolis precinct. Here's the problem: they never voted. Not one ballot. Nobody even asked for real ID. Moriarty admits she doesn't think they "intend[ed] to vote." So what's the crime? Embarrassing her. Meanwhile, DOJ has charged 10 noncitizens with voting in Minnesota elections. And in 2024, a sheriff sent over a felony case on "multi-county voter irregularities" and the DA PASSED. Commit the fraud, walk. Expose the fraud, get charged. How is that justice, Minnesota?
