Benedict Spence is sitting in for Peter Cardwell on Talk TV this evening. In the spirit of Mow-vember, he is growing a moustache. He is beginning to look like a retired colonel from an Agatha Christie novel and we all know what happens to them. I would advise him to keep away from the vicarage!

I don’t want to feel hate for anyone, but James O’Brien is the absolute gutter.

And we just keep on bringing these monsters into the West like it’s no big deal. The skyrocketing rape statistics in every country that has taken in Muslim colonists prove beyond any doubt that Islam has no place in the Western world.
Take a look! 📌

Piddington tablets empty the chamber.
Harry repeating the same old grievances. Meanwhile, KCIII and Q Camilla open the new session of the Welsh senedd and pay their respects at Aberfan for the 50th anniversary of the disaster which took the lives of 116 children and 28 adults as it engulfed Pantglas Junior School. As a small child, I saw the TV coverage when it was reported that, when the bodies were dug out of the coal slag landslide, a teacher was found under a flight of stairs with his arms around a group of four little children. They were all dead.

What your seeing in France is coming to the uk
Time is ticking and we are vulnerable
Sorry to be negative but we are sitting ducks
In 1914, my grandfather and his school mates rushed to sign up to serve in the armed forces. Many were turned away as they were under-age. My grandfather was finally accepted at the age of 16 and he served fitting out midget submarines in Portsmouth, as he was short in height and had small hands. Then in 1918 he helped set up dashboards (I'm sure that's no the right word) in Sopwith Camels. I understand that was a plane, not an animal. Many of his school friends went to the Somme and never came back.

You’re Jewish and a woman - and you’ve joined a party that hates both. It’s genuinely amazing the mental gymnastics people can perform to explain the unfathomable.

Angela Rayner says “intimidatory” right-wing marches should not be allowed.
Here’s a simpler rule.
If someone threatens people, damages property or commits violence, arrest them.
If they are peacefully protesting, they have exactly the same rights as Palestine protesters, climate activists, trade unionists or anyone else.
The right to protest cannot depend on whether Angela Rayner approves of your politics.
Police criminal behaviour. Don’t police opinions.

Completely agree. Another vaccous, intellectually-challenged, moral vacuum of a ‘politician’. The current cabinet are staggeringly incompetent, brazenly narcissistic and lack any connection to the electorate. A crumbling democracy, unpicked daily by these self-promoting morons

Free Palestine protests on October 7th ?!!!
Shows these people for what they are.
Absolutely sick.

Let’s be blunt. After several years of economic insecurity, seismic demographic change and asymmetric multiculturalism, native English folk are hunkering down, yearning for the familiar and retreating to their tribe. That’s why ethnicity is now an issue in our politics. It’s sad - but it should hardly come as a surprise.
As contributor AmimeJ has blocked me from replying to their post, I will do it here. The information they gave about behaviour of the anti-immigrant protestors was not known to me. If the accusations of the protestors wishing ill upon the police officers' children are true, it would indeed be a disgrace. It was not on any channel or recorded by citizen journalists, that I saw. However, if these events are available on video, I would encourage AmimeJ to upload it so we can all get a balanced view of the demonstration.
I do apologise for my choice of art on my reply to Ms Rees-Mogg. I did not realise it depicted people of a certain ethnic and religious heritage until later. That was certainly not my intention. I merely wished to draw attention to the Bible verse from Matthew 15 "The blind leading the blind".
Earlier today in Parliament, an immigration minister (Sarah Jones?) repeated the party line of calling Danny Tommo's 'gentlemen in waiting' thugs. The rest of the speech was the usual banal drivel but her jacket gave me a migraine. I cannot account for the state of it but she may have been walking through the lobby and someone, who had recently been drinking Ribena, unexpectedly vomited over it.
I wish to correct my comment about Danny Tommo's 'Gentlemen in Waiting'. I wrongly thought that Lauren the Insider was referring to them. I now understand that she was referring to the people who showed up to the Reform party conference. Organised anonymous groups should always be discouraged until their intentions and identity can be verified.

As a Japanese, I can't wrap my head around what's happening in the UK.
Hundreds of thousands of young girls raped by grooming gangs.
Fathers who reported it got arrested.
Citizens told to stay quiet.
If this happened here in Japan, it would already be a civil war.
Why isn't the British military staging a coup? What are they even doing?
This makes absolutely no sense to us. Can any British person explain this madness?

Between 1066-1886 the Normans rated every home, mule and chicken in the kingdom for tax purposes which was then published in the Domesday Book. Now, under Burnham's new policy, canny citizens who bought a house at a low price in an unfashionable area, are being penalised. They had no part in the gentrification of their postcode. Ask the people who bought their council houses in places like Hampstead: have they got a few thousand handy to pay the mansion tax?
