San Antonio this morning.
SAPD rolling deep on Blvck Diamond, a licensed hemp dispensary on Hildebrand. Multiple people in cuffs. Heavy presence. Search warrant.
Their attorney says the business is lawful, licensed, has cooperated with law enforcement before, and still hasn’t even been shown the warrant. He’s pointing to the ongoing mess of Texas hemp regulations, delta-8 fights, and testing rules that keep shifting under businesses’ feet.
This is exactly why Texas needs clear rules written by Texans, for Texans — not a regulatory gray zone that lets good operators get treated like cartels while the real problems keep walking across the border.
I’ve been saying it: legalize adult-use cannabis the right way (Cultivate Texas Act), protect Texas farmers and veterans, bring the product under the law, generate real revenue to eliminate the property tax, and kill the black market. Stop the chaos. Stop the selective enforcement. Stop the uncertainty that hurts small Texas businesses trying to operate above board.
Law and order matters. So does common sense.
Texas First. Always.

It’s time for city council to do something about the mayor. A yes/no vote of confidence is in order. I’m not sure she’s acting in the best interests or desires of The People.

Kobe on LeBron not shaking hands. "I think people make too much of it to be honest with you. It's a very competitive game and we're human just like everybody else."

I don't understand... last three years I been hearing how the game plan against Wemby is to beat him up and get physical... teams did and he got zero calls. Now he fighting back showing teams try it if you want to... and now people clutching their pearls lol.

There is a right way to play this game and a wrong way and this is 100% in the wrong. I don’t care that the batter moved back out of the box- you don’t intentionally step back to throw at her head, as hard as you can, from about a foot away. I don’t want to hear “you don’t know it wasn’t intentional.” Save it. The runner at 3rd is about a half step off 3rd. The way the catcher is positioned to throw, that throw is going towards the 3rd base fence. The most telling part though? No one checks on that batter and catcher gets a high five right after from her coach. The batter ended up with a concussion.
This is completely unacceptable and has no place in this sport.

“Nah, I’m good. Thanks for asking, though…I let my game do the talking.”
