Dear Walmart Ethics and Compliance Team, I am writing to formally request the permanent removal of Pudgy Penguins products from Walmart.com and @Walmart stores due to serious concerns surrounding Luca Schnetzler, also known as Luca Netz, particularly his role in Abstract Chain, which has left hundreds of thousands of users financially harmed, as well as allegations concerning his previous projects and business practices. My concerns are based on my own experience with @AbstractChain, as well as the publicly available information and evidence outlined below. I actively participated in its ecosystem for nearly two years, accumulated millions of XP, and estimate that I spent approximately $30,000 across the ecosystem. I have also publicly documented my personal experience with Abstract Chain in the following post: nitter.gq/silentbuilder3/status/… Throughout this period, Luca Netz and the Abstract team made numerous statements and promises regarding XP, potential rewards, a future token, and the value users could receive for their participation. These promises encouraged users to continue investing their time, money, and effort into the ecosystem for nearly two years. However, Abstract Chain subsequently announced its wind down without delivering on the promises made to its community. Users who had dedicated substantial time, effort, and money to the ecosystem were left without the promised token rewards or meaningful compensation for their accumulated XP. In my view, this represents a serious failure to honor the expectations created by the project's own communications and has left many community members feeling betrayed and financially harmed. I want to emphasize that this is not simply a matter of an unsuccessful project. People spent nearly two years contributing to an ecosystem based on repeated statements and expectations that were never fulfilled. Their financial investments, time, and efforts were effectively left unrewarded. I also urge Walmart to review the following publicly available materials concerning Luca Netz and his previous activities: 1. @NFTherder's Research: "LUCA NETZ: FROM RUG PULLS TO RICHES" This investigation raises serious questions and allegations regarding @LucaNetz's previous NFT projects, claims associated with those projects, wallet transfers, and the source of funds reportedly used in connection with the Pudgy Penguins acquisition: nitter.gq/NFTshepard/status/1710… 2. @horlomite's X Post This post by Horlomite provides additional information and raises further questions concerning Luca Netz and his previous activities. I encourage Walmart to review it as part of its independent assessment: nitter.gq/horlomite/status/17104… 3. Marketing Course Training Footage Training footage reportedly associated with a marketing course sold by Luca Netz is featured in a video published on my own X account. The footage discusses marketing strategies involving charitable appeals, luxury positioning, and purchased social media engagement. I believe this material warrants further examination, and I encourage Walmart's Ethics and Compliance Team to review the video and independently assess its contents: nitter.gq/silentbuilder3/status/… 4. @Nexus_Epoch's Video Summarizing Evidence X user @Nexus_Epoch has prepared and published a video containing summaries of some of the evidence and allegations surrounding these matters. I strongly encourage Walmart's Ethics and Compliance Team to review this material: nitter.gq/Nexus_Epoch/status/211… I understand that allegations and publicly available materials should be independently evaluated and that they do not, by themselves, constitute legal findings. However, the volume and seriousness of these concerns deserve attention, particularly from a major retailer such as Walmart. I do not believe a company with Walmart's reputation should continue providing a retail platform for products associated with an individual facing such serious questions about his business practices and the treatment of his communities. I therefore urge Walmart to: 1. Conduct an independent review of the concerns and publicly available evidence regarding Luca Netz and his associated projects. 2. Reconsider its business relationship with Pudgy Penguins. 3. Permanently remove @pudgypenguins products from Walmart.com and its physical stores. Relevant Links: My Personal Experience with Abstract Chain: nitter.gq/silentbuilder3/status/… NFTherder's Research: "LUCA NETZ: FROM RUG PULLS TO RICHES": nitter.gq/NFTshepard/status/1710… Horlomite's X Post: nitter.gq/horlomite/status/17104… Marketing Course Training Footage, Video Published by Me: nitter.gq/silentbuilder3/status/… Nexus_Epoch's Video Summarizing Evidence: nitter.gq/Nexus_Epoch/status/211… Walmart's Pudgy Penguins Product Listings: walmart.com/browse/pudgy-pen… I respectfully request that Walmart take these concerns seriously, investigate the matter, and provide a written response confirming receipt of this complaint and explaining whether the company intends to take action regarding these products. Thank you for your time and consideration.
In Feb 2025, Luca Netz asked a room in Paris to hold him accountable for Abstract! A month later, Abstract’s lawyers told the SEC a token was “currently under development.” On 6 Oct 2026: no token, no airdrop, and new terms capping what users can recover at $100. The Abstract File 👇

i spent so much of my time over the last 18 months getting to this point. i genuinely put a lot of effort into it. i honestly feel sorry for the people celebrating what's happening to abstract and replying with things like "cry more". if the same thing happened to pudgy penguins, would you still be defending them like this? apparently the team only found out about the shutdown 10 days ago. yesterday in inner igloo, luca basically said "that battle was lost... frankly, we failed" and that was it. just like that. i think people who refuse to support the abstract community but still blindly defend the pudgy penguins team are just fooling themselves. i love pudgy penguins too, but this team doesn't deserve that support anymore. yesterday's vibes boxes were the first real rewards holders received since the PENGU airdrop. and i honestly think that only happened because of all the backlash around abstract. at the end of the day, everyone is free to make their own choices. i just hope you never have to go through what we did.
Meet @bycoinraven, the first Abstract All-Star! Pushing the boundaries of what’s possible on Abstract through building tools, experimenting, and bringing people together. Huge congrats and thank you for being a key part of the Abstract ecosystem ✳️

Omgggg 😂😂 I posted about buying Abstract for $10K yesterday, and today Cygaar himself slid into my DM. Instead of defending Abstract, he told me there was no point in buying it. @LucaNetz Cygaar is exposing you 😂
Hey @AbstractChain team Would you consider selling Abstract? I have an entire team ready to make Abstract 10x better and trust me, my team is way better than yours. We also have several investors ready to put their money into Abstract, but there’s just one condition: you have to sell us the company first. 🤝 I’m ready to offer $10000 to get the deal started. Let’s talk business. Gmail : [email protected]

I’ll set aside my take on the gacha project itself you all know what I think of those but the fact that Luca blocked a team member who, for months, brought in the highest (or one of the highest) amounts of revenue for his network is just absolute, absurd nonsense. In recent weeks, Luca and his team have spent more time blocking dissatisfied users than trying to fix the situation and that’s after the community had been practically begging for an update for months.

Beautiful new vision, @LucaNetz . But what about the community you left behind? You talk about building the top, middle, and bottom of the funnel. Funny how TRUST seems to be missing from that strategy. Abstract wasn't just another failed business experiment. It was a community of people who invested their time, money, creativity, and genuine belief in what you were building. And when it all came crashing down, you didn't just shut down a blockchain. You shattered the trust of people who believed in that vision. For many of us, it felt like a betrayal. Now you're celebrating another big launch, talking about billions of users and a new home for holders. So here's my question: What guarantees do Pudgy holders have that they won't face the same fate when your business priorities change again? Why should anyone blindly trust the next grand vision when the previous community is still dealing with the consequences of the last one? You can shut down a network. You can't shut down accountability. You may have moved on from Abstract, Luca. But many of us haven't. Trust isn't a marketing funnel. And you can't rebuild it simply by launching something shiny and new. The Abstract community deserved better. #AbstractChain #Web3 #CommunityMatters nitter.gq/LucaNetz/status/211590…
We’ve spent the last couple of years building the top of funnel with our socials and products, and the bottom of the funnel with the Pudgy Penguins NFTs and $PENGU. Today, with the launch of The Huddle, we begin expanding the middle of the funnel, strengthening the bridge between these two worlds. The Huddle will thoughtfully introduce Pudgy Penguins NFTs and $PENGU to everyday people, while giving our holders a home that feels distinctly their own, with experiences that reflect their unique place in the ecosystem. Billions will Huddle.

I have submitted a tip to the @SECGov regarding my experience with @AbstractChain, including its XP incentives, public statements, and shutdown. I spent nearly two years participating in the ecosystem, accumulated millions of XP, and spent approximately $30,000 across it. I have asked the SEC to review the facts and determine whether any further inquiry is warranted. This is my personal account and a request for regulatory review, not a finding of wrongdoing by the SEC. I hope others who participated will preserve their transaction records and share their experiences responsibly. I urge the SEC to carefully review the evidence and, if it finds violations of federal securities laws, take the appropriate enforcement action.
Nearly Two Years on Abstract: A Personal Account After investing nearly two years of my time, energy, and money into @AbstractChain, the reported decision to shut down the chain has left me deeply disappointed. I was not a casual participant. I played countless games, created content, completed hundreds of thousands of transactions, remained active for hundreds of days, accumulated millions of XP, and spent approximately $30K across the ecosystem. The attached Abstract Passport reflects only part of that commitment. Throughout this journey, the community was repeatedly encouraged by ambitious statements from the leadership. Michael Lee (@CashBowie) spoke confidently about a future token, potential XP rewards such as flights, accommodation, Super Bowl tickets, and World Cup tickets, and a sustainable ecosystem where people could both enjoy themselves and earn value. Luca Netz (@LucaNetz) also described an economy in which users would not simply play games but could earn from their participation. He discussed Project Quantum, a potential token valuation of $20B to $30B FDV, and a system through which XP and community activity could generate economic value. These statements created expectations. They gave people reasons to invest more time, money, creativity, and trust in Abstract. Yet, from my perspective, the outcomes repeatedly presented to the community never materialized. Instead, users were kept engaged by increasingly ambitious promises while receiving little clarity about what was actually achievable. The team made clear promises that encouraged people to invest their time, money, and trust in Abstract. None of those promises were fulfilled, and the community was left without transparency, accountability, or a meaningful explanation. What hurts me most is not the money. It is the time. Money may eventually be earned again, but almost two years of sustained effort can never be recovered. It is difficult to accept that the people who helped build activity, visibility, and culture around Abstract may now walk away with nothing, without even a transparent explanation or a meaningful attempt at recognition. Some people appear to take pleasure in the losses of others. I find that truly pathetic. A healthier Web3 community requires more informed participants who are willing to speak when something is wrong. Accountability is not FUD. Asking difficult questions is not an attack. It is one of the few ways this industry can mature. I also cannot ignore Luca’s silence. If he genuinely believed that the community had been treated fairly, would he not be willing to explain what happened, address the promises that were made, and propose a meaningful solution? Silence may not prove wrongdoing on its own, but in circumstances like these, it raises serious questions. A leader who has nothing to hide should be prepared to communicate openly and take responsibility. Instead, Luca has chosen silence while the people who invested their time, money, and trust are left without answers. Even redirecting part of the budget used for marketing and merchandise toward recognizing committed Abstract users could have demonstrated goodwill. From the outside, however, it feels as though meaningful compensation or acknowledgment has not been treated as a priority. My experience with @Somnia_Network showed me that another approach is possible. I became active during its testnet, contributed to the ecosystem, created content, and earned $30K. More importantly, Somnia founder @0xPaulThomas consistently communicated the project’s development, updates, and objectives through video content. Whether everything succeeded or not, the community could see genuine effort, progress, and leadership. My experience with Abstract was the opposite. Apart from interviews, which were often filled with major promises, Luca rarely communicated directly about the project during the nearly two years I participated. Those interviews strengthened people’s confidence and encouraged further commitment, but the community now deserves more than silence. After everything that has happened, I have completely lost my trust in Luca and his team. Trust cannot survive indefinitely on branding, interviews, or promises. It requires delivery, transparency, and accountability, especially when people have invested significant portions of their lives and savings. This is my personal experience, supported by the record of my activity in the attached Abstract Passport, a tool created by Abstract community member @bycoinraven. I welcome informed disagreement and any factual corrections from the team. However, please engage with the substance of what happened before dismissing the concerns of those who gave this ecosystem their time, money, and trust. The Abstract community deserves answers.

Abstract is a total scam. Imagine Starbucks telling you, “Spend this much, earn these points, and you’ll get these rewards and perks.” Then one day they go, “Yeah, we’re shutting down. Your points are worthless now. You get nothing.” How the fuck is that okay? And people are still out here telling the team, “Thanks for all your hard work.” Lmaooo Just because it’s Web3, we suddenly let everything slide. No wonder nobody takes this space seriously.
I don't like the trend of projects shutting down pre-TGE and being seen as somewhat heroic because they didn't extract. It's incredibly disingenuous because people burn thousands, sometimes tens of thousands of dollars farming these airdrops, I know people who are down five figs on Abstract memes or paid high four figs in StandX fees. Not doing a TGE just for the sake of it *can* be heroic, but only if there's adequate compensation for the people who used the products in justified expectations of being rewarded

Luca Netz made me lose faith in Web3. I was on Abstract from day one. I never stopped believing because Luca was behind it, and I trusted his promises. I spent around $40–50K and dedicated nearly two years of my life to it. We were promised a token. They kept our hopes alive until the very end, only to tell us we would receive nothing for the Xp we had earned. After all that time, money, and trust, I feel scammed by @LucaNetz I won’t stay silent
