We just made a new hire at AI Highlight.
Our banner says "We read papers so you don't have to." That promise has a cost. Every launch we highlight has a paper, a model card or a changelog behind it, and the headline number is only as good as the page it came from.
So we hired Viktor, an AI employee, and gave him that job from day one:
→ read the paper behind every launch before it becomes a highlight
→ check the headline number against the paper's own tables
→ call out demo vs shipped, so a waitlist never gets posted as a release
→ draft the highlight for the editors
What he doesn't do: post. He proposes, the editors decide what goes out.
Most people use AI like a search box. We're treating him like a hire: a job, a standard, and feedback in week one. 70,000+ teams have hired him the same way.
Same promise to you. Now someone reads the paper before we do.

Six weeks after I hired my AI employee, he asked for a bigger job.
I test AI tools for a living, so I'm careful about what any of them can touch. Viktor started with rules, not access: read-only on my inbox and calendar, edit rights on one drafts folder, anything new he asks first.
Six weeks inside those rules:
71 actions proposed.
66 approved.
5 declined, each with the reason.
0 outside the access I gave him.
Then he proposed his own promotion. The job he wants next: my AI subscriptions. 29 of them when he first counted, and I had opened 12. Every renewal flagged before it lands, every trial end date flagged before a review tool turns into a paid plan.
I said yes, on the same rules as day one. He finds it, I decide what goes.
Trust didn't come from a demo. It came from six weeks of a clean record.

Running an account like this is four jobs. Here is our org chart now.
We cover AI, tech and robotics for 293,000 people. Behind every post there's an analyst, a writer, a partnerships lead and a project lead. We never had the budget for four, so all four happened between posts.
This is the chart since we hired Viktor, our AI employee. One new box, with a line to every desk.
The analyst: he rebuilt our rate card from our last 67 posts. Explainers pull 3.4x the views of news posts, so they are priced like it.
The writer: every morning, what moved overnight, ranked by what it would cost us to miss. He caught two big numbers that didn't survive their own source.
Partnerships: 49 pitches sorted in one week, the 5 that fit this audience flagged, and a recap drafted after every sponsored post.
The project lead: 11 re-skins of launches we had already covered kept off the calendar, and benchmark posts held until we have run them ourselves.
One employee, four desks giving him work. Nothing reaches a brand or our feed without our sign-off. He proposes, we approve.
For years this chart was us wearing four hats. Now there's a box on it for the help.

The new box on our org chart.
We cover AI every day: the launches, the tools, the moments that matter. More than 420,000 of you follow along. Behind the feed is a small team, and every part runs on deadlines.
This month we hired an AI employee. Viktor sits in the NEW box, and every team gives him work:
→ Editorial: the overnight launch watch. What shipped while London slept, with the source for each.
→ Video: every AI clip we share traced back to its creator, with the credit ready before we post.
→ The AI Library: every tool submission checked before a launch slot.
→ Social: the week's posting plan, built around the launches that matter.
One employee, four teams. He proposes, we approve. Nothing posts without a yes.
The feed looks the same. The team behind the posts got bigger by one.

Congrats to the Judgment team on GA.
I'd like to see which parts of a long job actually improve when a new model comes out. The headline score only tells you so much.
Today, @JudgmentLabs opens for general access.
We believe long running agent systems will generate more exhaust data than the world can currently process.
Hidden within agent traces are rich records of how to make these systems better: what users ask for, when agents stumble, and how agents interact with the external world.
Judgment is the most performant monitoring and improvement layer for long-horizon agents.
We’re excited to see what you build!

4 million business users build on Templafy, and they just got purpose-built document agents for high-value work.
Templafy Document Agents create, edit and review decks in PowerPoint with 3,000+ icons, 50+ consultancy-grade designs and expert layouts, and the same agent works in ChatGPT, Claude and Copilot.
Here it is building a deck in real time:

The hardest part of making slides was never the slides, it was fixing the fonts, logos and colours so everything matches the brand.
Templafy Document Agents already know your company's brand, content and knowledge, so every deck comes out right and the same quality every single time, not a new random version each time you ask.
Build the agent once, share it, and your whole team works from it.
Watch it go from a simple prompt to a finished deck:

Everyone on this app is building agents in Claude, but walk into any office and the real work is still happening in PowerPoint.
Templafy Document Agents just put AI inside PowerPoint itself, trained on your company's brand, content and templates, so it builds client ready decks that actually look like yours.
A deck that used to take 2 hours now takes 8 minutes, and you can try it free for 14 days with no credit card.

🚨BREAKING: Claude can now help you build an Instagram page from scratch — and reach monetization in just 120 days, without ever showing your face
.
Here’s exactly how I would make that happen.
Imagine how much your life would change with a page of 500k followers. You could post once and more than half a million people would see exactly what you’re thinking. That kind of reach is valuable to you — and to millions of companies around the world. The best part? You’re still getting in early, like buying real estate in the 1980s or crypto in 2014.
I’m going all in on social media. Over 5 billion people use it every month, but only 1% of those people actually create content. Even if that number doubled, you’d still be ahead of 98% of the population. Don’t look back in 5 years and say you wish you’d done this. Make a promise to yourself and change your life today.

How To Start A Cleaning Business While Working Full-Time:
1: Go to Chat GPT (free version works fine)
2: Find 3-5 cities with 250k+ people and $60k+ household income
3: Call 10 local cleaners asking for a quote and steal their exact pricing in 20 minutes
4: Post on Facebook Jobs: 'Hiring cleaner' (but ALWAYS do a test clean at your own place first)
5: DM 50 people you know: "Starting a cleaning service—would you be interested?" You'll get 3 clients (I promise)
6: Send your cleaner to the job (you don't even need to be there, this is the best part)
7: Make cleaners send before/after photos
8: Ask every client for a Google review
9: Once you hit $5k/month profit, invest in Facebook ads
10: Hire 2 more cleaners (this is how you scale past $10k+)
The best part?
You don't need to be at the jobs.
Your cleaner shows up while you're stuck in back-to-back meetings. They send you before/after photos. The client leaves a review. Money hits your account.
I scaled to $40k/month working just 5 hours a week because I built it remotely from day 1.
If you dedicate enough time and research to this, there's a massive payoff.
The question is, will you give it a go?
If you want to learn the exact blueprint anyone can use to build your way out of the 9 to 5…
