Maximilian Jakobs from @Franze_Lab introduces kymobutler and employs it to analyse microtubule growth in axons. Anterograde microtubule growth is specifically enhanced in axon tips, which depends on dynactin subunit p150, which forms a gradient at axon tips. #BMT2019
