Ledger says the implanted wallets trace back to one Malaysian reseller.
Buyers have also reported implants from two authorized shops in Singapore and one in Germany.
Former Mt. Gox CEO @MagicalTux had the German device shipped to him. It had the same black implant he found in Malaysia, installed less cleanly.
How it reached Germany is still unknown.
