I've been a runner my whole life, and now I'm running for re-election to represent you in Richmond! I will continue to work across the aisle, protect a women's right to reproductive healthcare, and lower costs for all Virginians.
If you have been delaying voting and volunteering for @ShannonTaylorVA, there is still time to do both and save our country!
I carried the House budget amendment to restore health insurance funding that Congress cut. Virginians deserve affordable health care no matter what Washington says

This November, I encourage Virginians to vote YES on all three constitutional amendments! These amendments are an important opportunity to strengthen and protect fundamental rights in our state constitution.

I went to the Williamsburg area to knock doors and tell voters that I have known @ShannonTaylorVA for her entire public service career and there is no better public servant. Vote for Shannon!
I helped to create the Virginia Nursing Workforce Center to put a laser focus on attracting and retaining nurses in Virginia. The Center now is distributing scholarships and providing incentives to nursing students and their teachers

Great day in Williamsburg celebrating the 250th anniversary of the General Assembly’s first meeting. It was a reunion of sorts with several former Governors there- see Doug Wilder with @SpeakerDonScott and me- and our former House colleague Thomas Jefferson
Sports tourism is a major part of Virginia’s economic engine. I joined hundreds of sports tourism promoters this past week in Henrico. And I carried legislation creating a funding program to help attract sports events richmondbizsense.com/2026/10…

I started my day at @SafeHarbor_RVA Walk to End It with @DelRodWillett at @LibbieMillRVA!
Safe Harbor is the only org in RVA that works with those who have experienced human trafficking. They do such important work. It was great to see such a big turnout!
Joined @ScVanValkenburg and Mary Maupai from Safe Harbor at the Walk to End It to support the fight against human trafficking. Thank you to the huge crowd that came out this morning!

Today is Dolly’s Day! On 9/25, we celebrate the tremendous work of Dolly Parton to promote youth reading across the Commonwealth.
Putting a book in a child’s hand is only the first step —the real magic happens when we open those books and when we read them together. 📚
I was honored to join @DowneyForVA and Jamie Lockhart from @PPAVirginia to discuss public health advocacy at the Virginia Public Health Association conference. We must prioritize public health initiatives!
