Kayleigh: I'm tired of hearing the GOP doesn't have a health care plan. Their plan is cutting the waste, fraud, and abuse. Jessica: What about the 200,000 medicaid folks in Texas alone who have lost their health insurance because of the Republicans or the people that lose Obamacare subsidies and are paying 400% more?
