Ecuadorean fishermen reported drone attacks in the Pacific by unidentified English-speaking “gringos” in US-flag-patched uniforms. 8 are missing from one boat; survivors from 2 other boats say they were interrogated and handed over to El Salvador's navy. US officials deny involvement. Flight data analyzed by @nytimes shows a patrol plane that repeatedly shifted course to stay pointed at all 3 vessels in the days before the attacks. That aircraft is absent from Pentagon rolls but registered to a UPS store mailbox in Virginia.
