Now, this doesn't mean that such couldn't be exacerbated by material conditions in Gaza. So the presence of such a disease doesn't automatically preclude all causal connection from Israel's actions to the condition of the child.
However your claim that "The skin condition you cited doesn’t lead to weight loss so severe it’s indicative of famine or denial of humanitarian aid." is still false. This condition is known to cause severe wasting, such that it can appear indicative of such horrible conditions.
