Hey @coopuk, How come that if I like my cashews salty, you’ve got me covered. But, if I want my cashews honey roasted, there has to be peanuts in the packet as well?
Just catching up with #silentwitness. Shouldn’t have bothered. Terrible acting. Feels like I’m watching a school drama. @BBCOneDrama

The Derby Runner supporting The Maddy Cusack Foundation.
Maddy joined our small team at The Derby Runner, back in the spring of 2017 and immediately made a huge difference.
From the moment she began working with us, it felt like Maddy had always been part of our team.
I can honestly say that colour has never been a factor when choosing my running shoes. Probably due to the fact I’m a size 13, so never had much choice. That, and my Mum wouldn’t even entertain such trivialities when I was growing up.
With all this rain, I’m sure the local council will have ensured all the public drains in key areas are clear and functioning. Nothing to worry about…….
Be more tolerant. The world seems full of people who are so eager to take offence at people’s actions or words.
Try giving people the benefit of the doubt and remembering that in the grand scheme of things , most people are pretty nice.
Save your energy for the real challenges!

Today we honoured the life of our team member, Maddy. We joined 100’s of her friends and family at St Clement’s Church, Horsley for a memorial service.
Rob was privileged to speak at the service.
