These kindergartners learned that authors take many months and even years to publish a book. They worked over a month researching, planning, writing, illustrating, and revising books all about animals. They also visited HeadStart to share their completed work! @JustES_STEM

We have gotten an influx of new students recently so a review of our classroom procedures was in order. Kindergarten Bootcamp was a success! Students earned JAGS champion dog tags by following classroom and school wide procedures. So proud of these students! @JustES_STEM

Today we had Kinders and 3rd graders participate in the @MicrosoftEDU MLK day by listening to “I am Martin Luther King Jr. :Ordinary People Change the World” and did a virtual tour of Selma to Montgomery! @WeAreHAEST @TampaBaySTEM @HillsboroughSch

We helped Santa catch a naughty elf and sent him back to the North Pole!
