Yeah dude nice words so why withdrawals are blocked
Saw a few discussions about size of hack, why impact to bitcoin price is small, etc. 👇 $6.3 billion is the biggest in USD terms, but not in BTC terms. MtGox was 650,000 BTC! Other important numbers to consider: % of bitcoin (in relation to BTC total supply), ie, market impact. MtGox is big there again at 5%+. Number of users impacted, and % of user assets impacted. MtGox (the largest CEX at the time) and FTX (not small) were all near 100% of users and their asseets. Most important: Who is impacted? Does the platform cover it all? (only one victim), as in recent two CEX cases and Binance. Obviously, still a major disaster for the industry, Binance (and me). It hurts, but we survive. Most importantly, we protect our users. I wish a social experiment were possible where you swapped half the Japanese population with half the population of Miami and saw who went extinct first. My bet is that after the second generation, there wouldn’t be any Japanese left in either place. They’re famous for being polite and following the rules, but the more time I spend in Asia, the more laughable that reputation becomes (most of Asia, not just Japan). It took me 30 minutes just to start working out. Covering every little tattoo, renting shoes, showing my passport, the Wi-Fi not working, having to take my shoes off in the locker room, and not even being able to bench press without fucking safety clips. (What a stupid fucking rule.) I understand why they needed an emperor throughout their history. They can’t function on their own. Sometimes I agree with people who say Americans are too extravagant, but people like me who’ve never been to Asia before don’t realize how good they have it. Now that I’ve seen both sides, I can tell you that Miami is 10 times better than Japan, despite all its downsides.

Don't keep reading. If you didn't notice how insane it is that everyone looks exactly the same, you're one of them. In Korea the gym hands you a uniform, and nobody has the instinct to say no.
You think there's nothing wrong with that? That's exactly why you haven't achieved anything in life. They're just NPC.
No clothes that show off your results. No headphones. Barely any emotion.
Like everyone's been drugged into living on power saving. If you train, you're supposed to love getting pumped, headphones blasting, adrenaline and dopamine through the roof. What the hell are you doing in Korea? Are you sedated?

I built a better working app than Bevel and Whoop in 5 days.
Watch app included. With zero experience. By myself, with Claude Code. It basically tracks everything you could imagine, from biological age to maintenance calories. It logs food, workouts, runs and vital data during the day and night. Whoop + Cal AI + MyFitnessPal + Bevel + Strava + many other apps in ONE.
For free. AI assistant included. It took me only 5 days, and it costs me around 10 cents per week to run because of the API. Mind-blowing, to be honest.

Nobody on the street cared btw
Japan just had its own version of the Hawaii missile scare. At around 12:40, an emergency alert was broadcasted warning of an imminent magnitude 9.9 earthquake off the coast of Hokkaido. A magnitude 9.9 earthquake, if it happened, would be the strongest earthquake ever recorded, releasing approximately 22 times more energy than the 2011 Tohoku Earthquake. Fortunately just minutes later the earthquake alert was withdrawn and confirmed to be a false alarm. But for those few minutes, people across the country held their breath bracing for a potentially catastrophic earthquake that ultimately never came.

ahahah i knew it, Luca has always been like Frank. It just took a lot more time to show 😂 Couldn't wait to see this shutting down. Don't wait to sell all your Pudgy Penguins stuff and solana:2zMMhcVQEXDtdE6vsFS7S7D5oUodfJHE8vd1gnBouauv It will end the exact same way in due time.
I knew $FAN would never exist. This same exact thing will happen with $ABS by the way. Abstract will never have a TGE. Enjoy being farmed.

AAVE app just launched. @aave App pays 6.25%, my bank pays 5%. I've read Aave's Balance Protection terms and I'm keeping my money where it is. Payouts are at Aave's discretion. Their total liability to all users combined is $10M a year. A protocol exploit would hit thousands of accounts in the same incident, and the terms say everyone gets paid pro rata from that pool. Phishing, stolen credentials and depegs are excluded. Cover is based on your lowest balance over the previous 30 days, so a new account has none for the first month. All of that for an extra 1.25% a year. Worth reading the terms yourself before depositing.

I struggle to understand how people make money on Instagram nowadays. I see a lot of people in fitness, running, or whatever niche with 30-50k followers, and they monetize $0. It seems like the only people actually making money on IG are huge accounts, OnlyFans models, and that’s about it. Times have changed. It was much easier to make money back then. If any of you are making decent money in some niche, please let me know. I’m genuinely curious.

Lmao this dumbass @CirrusNFT went from following me to block me the same exact day he sold his account and started promoting scams 😂 Don't trust this account anymore, the old Cirrus is gone.

I'm pretty sure China will slow down as well... Yes. No doubts.
We Must Pace the Frontier: I’ve written a new essay on why the AI industry should slow down, with a three-part plan for doing so. Anthropic is unilaterally committing to the first of these steps. We’ll provide third-party evaluators with permanent, employee-level access to our systems, so that they can verify adherence to our safety measures, report on incidents, and assess models’ alignment during training. You can read the full post here: darioamodei.com/post/we-must…

I think I'm gonna use this platform as a trash can going forward.

Thanks to ChatGPT, I’ve got $15K back from someone who owed me the money but refused to pay. He found a few email addresses, did some research on how to resolve the issue, and wrote a few articulate emails. In less than 4 weeks I got my money back. And it wasn't even the paid plan.

There's no way this is true. Six pack is the bare minimum. It's the easiest thing to do you just need to close your mouth for couple months.
🇺🇸 Here’s a crazy stat: Only 1 in 25,000 men over 35 have a visible six-pack. That’s just 40 out of 1 million. In a city like Austin, Texas, that means only 40 men with abs. Now picture New York City with 8.5 million people — only 340 men would have abs. Let that sink in.
Readers added context they thought people might want to know
The claim that only 1 in 25,000 men over 35 have visible six-pack abs is unsourced and unsupported by data; body composition surveys indicate far higher prevalence. pbstrengthandfitnessmentoring.com/post/visible-a… fitnessnorms.com/body-compositi…
