I am VERY upset that I have to go buy new AirPod max because @Delta couldnāt grab mine from my seat and return them. I tracked them fly 5 different flights and remain on the plane. As a Platinum (almost Diamond) member with a first class ticket that shouldāve been a simple ask.
Dear @MarriottBonvoy @Marriott as a Platinum elite member I am PISSED with my recent stay at the W Miami Brickell. The 1st shift staff was rude and disrespectful, and charges on my card for more than my room rate without a clear explanation. Please review my charges and respond.
