Draymond Green on Cam Boozer:
“I had no clue he could move the way he move. Also, that he could shoot the way he shoot. He’s very strong, doesn’t back down from a challenge, he talks out there on the floor. Im very very impressed with him.”
Respect.🔥

A+ uniform matchup. A+ atmosphere. A+ programs. This matchup should take place every year, rotating between Cameron and Phog Allen. Make it count and make it regular!

One thing I'm monitoring: I've actually liked Pat and JBB separately on the floor than together. The JBB at center lineups have really popped for me across three exhibitions. I think JBB's defense looks better as the primary rim protector, and the extra offensive space helps too.

With Foster on the floor, Duke scored 1.14 points per possession. W/O him: 109.0. Duke's defense was 3.2 points per 100 worse with him on, so his net is +2.1. Who it squeezes: freshman Deron Rippey Jr. went for 21 points on 9-of-12 shooting in 21 minutes against Tennessee.

Coach Scheyer after @DukeMBB won at Kansas 90-84:
“It was an incredible environment, I have a lot of respect for Kansas’ program and nothing about that felt like an exhibition game. I’m really proud of how our team competed and responded when needed all day.”

Another note: Duke won the second half rebounding battle 24-11 and allowed no second chance points after the break.
