…first told there were “no other rooms in that category available.” When I showed that I could currently book the other room on the @Hyatt website we were told that they were not willing to move us because we are already in that room category. Room listing photo for reference.

On check-in day I had asked to be placed in one of the rooms in the building with the actual ocean view, but was at that time told they weren’t available. At that time I didn’t double-check b/c I’m used to believing what I’m told. But now I wonder if that was also a lie.
