Just so you understand the scale of betrayal: first, our "partners" didn't warn Ukraine about the incoming ballistic missiles, so the air raid alert wasn't activated before impact, robbing people of their chance to survive. Then, Starlink was restricted to stop working at speeds above 100 mph. This renders useless, first and foremost, our interceptor drones. It doesn't limit our ability to attack inside Russia, it limits our ability to stop another apartment building or school full of civilians from being hit. Wow, just wow.

Auschwitz is not Gaza, and Gaza is not Auschwitz. The suffering of our people in Gaza is undeniable, horrific, and beyond words. But comparing it to the Holocaust neither honors Palestinian suffering nor helps our cause. These comparisons often come from Holocaust deniers or antisemitic activists in the West who shamelessly exploit the suffering of innocent Palestinians to advance their own hateful agendas. We can condemn the atrocities in Gaza and demand justice without comparing them to another people's tragedy. Every victim deserves to have their story told on its own terms. The Palestinian tragedy does not need to be measured against anyone else's to be worthy of empathy or justice. It stands on its own. I'm tired of these self-appointed "pro-Palestine" activists in the West who think they're helping us by making these comparisons. They're not. They're exploiting our suffering to promote their own ideological agendas, and in doing so, they disrespect both Holocaust victims and the people of Gaza.

I currently see a lot of US misinformation about Europe. Just two examples from today: alleged prohibition of AC’s and low pensions in Denmark (comparing private pensions in the US with the state pension (for everyone) in DK, excluding both labour-market and private pensions…

The United States and the Netherlands share one of the world’s strongest and most enduring partnerships, built on 250 years of shared values, innovation, and cooperation. In this video from the streets of Stockholm, “the Jew” is portrayed wearing a visible kippah and blood-soaked clothes while murdering a child by cutting its throat. It directly invokes the medieval blood libel—the antisemitic myth that Jews murder children for ritual purposes—which has fueled centuries of persecution, violence, and pogroms across Europe.

Dear MAGA America. Dear Orbán Hungary. I have been thinking about this for a while now, and I have come to the conclusion that something has gone genuinely, historically, almost impressively wrong. America produced jazz, the national park system, the Marshall Plan, and the men who froze at the Bulge and bled on Omaha Beach. Those men built an alliance on a simple idea. That free nations stick together and that autocrats are best confronted early rather than photographed with enthusiastically. And then one family drove the whole thing into a wall at speed and walked away from the wreckage whistling. Look around. Look carefully at what is actually happening. There is a man in Washington building triumphal arches and gold statues of himself while announcing, in his own words, that he intends to take Canada, Greenland, Cuba, Mexico, Ecuador, and the oil of Iran. He said these things out loud, repeatedly. There is a man in Moscow rewriting borders by force. And there is a man in Budapest facilitating both of them from inside the Western alliance, with Donald Trump Jr. flying in to offer his personal congratulations. The last time the world looked like this it was 1938. The truly unsettling thing about 1938 was not that it felt alarming. It felt like politics. Strongmen being strongmen, reasonable people making accommodations, everyone hoping it would sort itself out. It did not sort itself out. Germany has been replaced by the United States. The man with the triumphal arches is in Washington now, on a crusade for oil and territory, pulling the energy of the Middle East into the kind of confrontation that has a very poor historical record of ending tidily. And the checks and balances that were supposed to prevent all of this turned out, at the crucial moment, to be a paper tiger that looked at its shoes. Every Canadian, every European, every person who has stood in a Normandy cemetery knows exactly what this feels like. We are all in the same boat. And the boat is taking on water. Now, Hungary. The real one. Budapest is one of those cities where civilisation genuinely tried and largely succeeded. Hungary is European in every meaningful sense, geographically, historically, culturally, always pointing in one direction. West. It rose up against Soviet tanks in 1956 with magnificent stubbornness because the alternative was simply unacceptable. And yet Orbán Hungary is walking it back toward a 1956 moment. Dismantling courts, silencing press, rerouting the country away from the West and toward Moscow. Methodically. Quietly. Legally. Orbán Hungary is not a country. It is a project, lucrative for those running it and considerably less so for everyone else. Hungary belongs in the West. In 2026. Not in Orbán Hungary’s 1938. There is a choice coming. The rest of us will be watching with considerable affection for the real Hungary, which managed it once before under considerably worse conditions. I have every confidence it can manage it again. Stay connected, Follow Gandalv @Microinteracti1

Maga logic: We’re letting Europe down in the war in Ukraine and pulling all our support, but we’re threatening to leave NATO because Europe won’t back our attack on Iran. We accuse the EU of meddling in the Hungarian election by going there—and meddling in the election. We call the EU tyrants because they require countries to be democratic to join the EU, while we attack, kill, or remove leaders in countries we want to manipulate.

Greenland 🇬🇱 is not “a poorly run piece of ice.” Greenland 🇬🇱 is far more than ice — it is a democratic society with free elections, rule of law, and a people who determine their own future. We are not a talking point in someone else’s rhetoric — we are a people with dignity, history, and self-government under the Kingdom of Denmark.

While interfering in Hungary's election, Vance baselessly accuses other people of interfering in Hungary's election
Vice President JD Vance said he wants to help Orban “as much as I can” ahead of Hungary’s parliamentary elections on Sunday. The VP accused Brussels of trying to interfere in the vote, describing it as “one of the worst examples of foreign election interference.”

Donald Trump is now again having a mental breakdown over NATO not providing the help he claims he does not need, in an offensive war of his choosing that he claims to have already won, after spending the past year threatening to invade and annex several NATO members.

Mark Rutte appears to have offered Trump a Guantanamo-style permanent lease of land – a perpetual freehold that is de facto equivalent to sovereign control over the land to be acquired. There are still lots of details to be agreed on. But it is an example of how deft diplomacy can defuse a dangerous situation. None of this, of course, even begins to address the deeper rift in the transatlantic relationship. The Europeans are, essentially, on their own. eurointelligence.com

#dkpol #dkmedier
