This past October 17 was the International Day for the Eradication of Poverty.

And while we're at it, make housing accessible! No person with disability should be forced to resorting to MAiD because they aren't able to have an accessible and affordable place to live.

Happy Thanksgiving!
We are thankful for all of the folks with disabilities, families, and allies who work tirelessly every day towards the goal of a Canada where everyone belongs.
Our offices will be closed today.
We long for the day when folks with disabilities no longer have to worry about deciding between rent, food, and medication. Being disabled should never mean living in poverty.
