Texturing with a mouse is very relaxing!
This is is the kind of texturing I got in Blender after studying ps2 and 2000's PC textures
Though I'm also working with modern QoL things like layers with Ucupaint etc
I'm still learning so it's not perfect or authentic!
It looks like the tummy jiggles during the attack animations right?

I disagree because not all entertainment is meant to be consumed like a meal, some yes in which case that applies but there's also been plenty of artists making something completely selfish only catering to themselves that found an audience (or didn't which is also fine)

I think Miike is interesting to bring up in a discussion like that because sometimes he makes a shit ass movie just for himself and his friends like Yakuza Apocalypse and other times he makes more balanced general audience movies that are also super good
And it works out great
My next model will have a bunch of phones because I always loved how the main character of Gatekeepers 21 would have artificial versions of other character's powers loaded into her disposable phones
