Happy Father’s Day to this absolute legend , you were and still are my reason for for doing what I do in my working life , your drive and passion for an industry you gave everything to is an inspiration to me . Hope you are enjoying your Sunday with your mate Stanley lol

Just been sent this photo of the old man when he went to a board meeting wearing a wig and no one realised he was there lol
Getting ready for first coaching session of the first reserve and intermediate teams and windlesham and Chobham fc , I’m rolling back the years , wish I could roll back my weight though 😂😂
Happy birthday to this legend , always been there for me through thick and thin and still teaching me every day , hopefully get to see you over the weekend
Had a lovely birthday today even in lockdown , and to top it off @GirlinSpacex surprised me with this amazing cake from a close friend of ours #cake
Why does warburton not use adomah more often ? We need some creativity @QPR Austin and dukes are not getting any quality service
It’s been so good being back at work these last two weeks , I had six months of furlough which were tough as not knowing what might happen , but it’s good to be back and nothing has changed lol
Chair needs to remember he is not eze , he is trying all the flicks that eze could pull off and not succeeding , needs to just pass and move pass and move #qpr
