Happy Cinco De Mayo! Disneyland has featured Mexican food from its earliest days. Casa de Fritos opened in August 1955 & expanded to a new location in 1957. The restaurant was refreshed & renamed Casa Mexicana in 1982, hosted by Lawry’s, & became Rancho del Zocalo in 2001.
