First time in life ever gave diwali bonus to 2 people working with me in my cafe.
Never felt this happy giving money .
One analogy I experienced while running a cafe and being a engineer myself between enginnering and a dish ordered by a guest in a resturant.
In tech enginnering , major product deployments are probably once in a quarter ,but In cafe bussiness every order is equivalent to a production delivery .
Journey from order , to preparing it well and withing time so that the guest does not feel annoyed ,why the order Is taking it so long .
Thats what I see in kitchen on every order 😁
Entire one cr in corporate bonds and using monthly intrests to build up equity .
Cash flows are more important than wealth .
1.5 half month of journey has been a amazing one as a cafe owner and I believe we are doing decent now as per the overall plan to create a nice hangout place for people for near buy colleges and locals .
People who are over invested in india , have to be optimistic.they have no other option .
I’m LONG India.

> Manufacturing will scale, and we will build indigenous solar cells, batteries, jet engines, and smartphones
> UP, Bihar, and MP will wake up and unlock their potential
> There will be reverse brain drain
> We will double per capita income in the next 10 years
> We will have 20 startup unicorns every year
No cynicism. No WhatsApp/Instagram/YouTube doomerism. No anarchy.
The world is underestimating us again.

Suddenly I have started to realise , real estate is the best asset to invest in .
Buying shares and all makes sense , but buying a good real estate creates really a solid long term value.
Not sure how many will agree , but people with kids surely will 😁

The world is facing a huge shortage of sulphur which is the most important input into making fertilisers.
Our hardworking farmers who have consistently delivered self-sufficiency in food should not face any challenge on fertilisers.
Vedanta has a plan for a unique 1.5 MTPA fertilisers plant. Apart from the fertilisers itself, we are going to produce the largest amount of sulphur, and rock phosphate, which we currently import.
Let all of us be united in this mission. Whatever is in our way - be it compliance or technical, let us solve on a war footing.
This is a project primarily in national interest, not commercial interest. We must complete this plant to serve our farmers. And to help reduce unnecessary dependence on imports.
