Ibrahim has long been called “Hezbollah’s man.” Arabic coverage called her “the daughter of Bint Jbeil”, a known Hezbollah stronghold in southern Lebanon, the same city where Nasrallah once stood in front of Hezbollah flags and called for a renewed intifada. The same Dearborn media that covered her ceremony regularly posts tributes to Hezbollah “martyrs,” fighters wrapped in Hezbollah flags with “Allahu Akbar.” This is not a normal judicial race.
