Greetings our minister @GaytonMck. Can you Please intervene regarding @officialSAMPRA handling of royalty distributions. They are not honoring the commitments they signed up for, leaving their artists and clients facing immense frustration and financial distress. Clearly, we are not a priority to them; as long as they receive their salaries, they seem unconcerned. We never receive follow-up reports on the status of our payouts. Instead, I am forced to constantly ask for updates—to the point where the manager gets frustrated and goes AWOL. I am not asking personal questions; I am asking about what I rightfully own. Furthermore, I never receive royalty statements before or after a distribution period. This lack of transparency is a major red flag, and I am beginning to suspect unlawful activity. No one here is doing anyone a favor; everyone must perform the duties they agreed to. Many artists are struggling to survive. Some are falling into arrears because of these delays. You swore to fight for them to get what is theirs. Will @OfficialSAMPRA reimburse them when banks or shops repossess their belongings because they couldn't meet their payment arrangements? The year is almost over, the distribution period has passed, and we still have not received this year's royalties. Please immediately pay the full amount owed to me, as well as to any other artists who are experiencing the same issue. I hope the loans you are giving out are not affecting our royalties
