Today I discovered a key executive wanted to eliminate me from my job because it is perceived that i talk to much, that i overtalk people, and do not provide others the opportunity to get to solution bc I get there first. im passionate. I know shit. I get shit donex My bad 😾
And yes, much to this dude’s displeasure, Im also a licensed pharmacist working at a software company in the healthcare space along with still practicing at my side hustle hospital some weekends. Yes, that makes me know and understand the market better than most, him included.
The hardest part about being a product manager who hobbies in self educating on code and infrastructure and whatnot is that many days I find myself wishing I was a software engineer because I would rather just build my products and features myself than describe them to others

If something “could have been an email”, for the love of god, make it an email. Forcing in person orientations especially at colleges a lot of people commute to, is silly.
