We show, that…
👉🏻time to symptom-recurrence << time to AF-recurrence after PVI. 🧐
1️⃣In patients with high AF load and density and/or in patients with high symptom load and density at 3months, the far majority remained in the respective high class at 6 and 12 months
👉🏻 here, 1x1week measurements might be sufficient…
But:
2️⃣In patients with low AF and/or low symptom load and density at 3 months, almost nobody remained in the low class
👉🏻 here, repeated measurements are needed,
Overall:
Symptom-rhythm correlation was high
