I get the feeling, based on comments I’m seeing this morning in response to the updated information on Sam Sey, that there are professing Christians that actually don’t want to find out that maybe a brother in Christ didn’t break any laws. Weird, that. 🤔

It’s yet another example of how cultish mainstream “christianity” can be, especially when it’s overly politicized. “Oh yes, I’ll absolutely support X person! Not because they’re a true Christian who holds to the gospel, but because they align with my ideology.” It’s eerily similar to liberalism, which makes it all the more concerning.
