Why am I still emerald man

I have this vague memory of items being op when we had charms due to the multiplicative effect combat charms had... And I am seeing the exact same thing again with wisps... The players with the item wisps and item augs just do better.

TFT players are so bored (and brainwashed) that they just eat whatever Riot shoves to them. You're ALPHA testing TFT on PBE. Can't even call it beta. And you're not getting paid for it, not even in cosmetics.
