Physical Media is still relevant! No Disc No Buy @SonyPlaystation @asha_shar
This is what passion for gaming and physical media looks like, and this feeling of being there on the spot, lining up for launch is irreplaceable🚀 Don’t let creatively and morally bankrupt entities in gaming take this away from you. NO DISC 💿 NO BUY

Gaming community this is far more enjoyable far more a celebration than a soulless digital download in a empty room but you. People coming together, friendships and a shared experience. This is what PlayStation are taking away from you and you’re just letting them. Pathetic.

Nintendo’s Eiji Aonuma stated that he believes Nintendo not undergoing mass layoffs is a major part of their ongoing success🚀 He added that long term employees allows them to teach younger developers how to make amazing and authentic games. This goes to show why Nintendo knows how to preserve identity, unlike the visual and creative impotence of most modern games form others😎

#NoDiscNoBuy #PhysicalNeverDies #Gaming

Man, Zelda winning GOTY over GTA 6 would send a message the size of a baobab tree
Eiji Aonuma, a lead developer on the Zelda series since 1998, believes Nintendo not doing mass layoffs is a key part of their success. He says keeping very long-term employees who can teach junior devs has "a real benefit" and helps Nintendo make truly great games.

Reading this actually sent a shiver down my spine. My prayers with Miyamoto that he’ll be okay 🙏
[Investor Q&A] Miyamoto was absent from the Q&A due to a "sudden health issue". His condition is stable and he is expected to recover within a few days to a week. This follows on reports that Miyamoto did not attend a ceremony on Nov 3 for his Order of Culture award.

Yep @PlayStation you lied and failed. Zelda has perfectly demonstrated the insane demand for physical media and just as importantly how it brings the whole community together. GTA 6 launch is gonna be so depressing compared to this. @RockstarGames

The Competition: "Physical sales are declining. We're moving away from physical games." Meanwhile, Nintendo: "COME GET YOUR PHYSICAL LIMITED EDITION OCARINA OF TIME COPY WITH A HOLOGRAPHIC FOIL COVER!" 😂
I love that Ocarina of Time has this much of a following. Two huge lines. Ready to relive the game from my childhood 😎

Here’s a reminder that Sony’s documents from the Insomniac hack/leak showed that their digital sales include a broad range of digital transactions including microtransactions, DLC, free-to-play titles, and digital-only indie games🚀 Rather than representing only full digital game sales where physical discs were also an option. This causes digital sales to look much bigger than physical ones, and make no mistake, this is obviously a strategy to create a fake narrative that physical games are a niche market. Sony wants to take away physical media so they can have a monopoly on the market, and use their dynamic and regional pricing, and soon, the advantage of no competition to raise prices on a whim, rather than allowing players to have options, or to own their games. Pay no attention to armchair bootlicker wannabe expert fanboys telling you otherwise, and DEMAND PHYSICAL MEDIA. NO DISC 💿 NO BUY
