One of my best friends is high from the second he wakes up to the second he goes to bed. Spends $10K+ a month on weed, bongs, edibles… the whole operation. Been like this for 10 years. Here’s the crazy part: He’s a very smart guy. Great job. Very active in the gym. Ran the NYC Marathon (0n 200mg Nerds Rope edible lol) But he’s the worst communicator I’ve ever met. Forgets to answer texts. Barely remembers things from a week ago. Zero interest in women & he Never wants to go out. Would much rather chill and play video games when we hang out. In college he was social, drank, chased girls, always around. Since he switched to all-day weed after graduation, it’s like watching someone slowly log out of real life. I’m not worried for him as he’s successful, but we don’t really have much in common anymore Anyone else seen this happen to a friend?
