Stablecoins are becoming productive capital.
Across ethereum:0xb2617246d0c6c0087f18703d576831899ca94f01 - @ZIGFinance, live vaults from @Valdora_finance, @NawaFinance and @ConcreteXYZ are already giving users access to stablecoin yield, private credit and real-world income onchain.
This is what the RWA thesis looks like when the products are actually live.
Not exactly a pretty chart for ethereum:0xb2617246d0c6c0087f18703d576831899ca94f01 right now. And let's be fair, the broader crypto market isn't looking much better.
There's plenty of uncertainty out there. Geopolitical tensions, US politics, concerns about an AI bubble... enough reasons for investors to be nervous. But periods like these remind me why positioning and risk management are so important.
Looking back at TOKEN2049, the partnerships announced, and everything @ZIGFinance and the teams building on ZIG Chain have been delivering, I still have plenty of reasons to be optimistic about the years ahead.
Does that mean ethereum:0xb2617246d0c6c0087f18703d576831899ca94f01 can't drop further? Of course not.
I'm simply investing with a longer horizon. I don't need every weekly candle to confirm my investment thesis.
Two things I'd encourage everyone to consider:
1⃣ Don't let leverage destroy your portfolio in a volatile market. And if every dip keeps you awake at night, perhaps your exposure is bigger than your risk appetite allows.
2⃣ Do your own research, manage your risk and give your investments time to develop.

Stablecoin yield opportunities remain relevant in both bull and bear markets. People want to put their capital to work regardless of what the charts are doing.
And as ZIG Markets grows its business and generates more revenue, that could translate into increasing buy pressure on $ZIG through the buyback mechanism.
That’s why these dips don’t bother me too much.
I’m focused on the long-term potential, actual business growth and the team’s ability to deliver.

Validators have voted, with 98% of votes in favour, to permanently remove 675,000 $ZIG from circulation, representing half of $ZIG acquired in October.

$44 trillion crosses borders every year. Only 0.31% settles onchain.
To pay out in minutes, money transfer operators pre-fund cash in the destination country. That capital comes mostly from banks and their own balance sheets.
