JOWIE IRUNGU is a murderer according to the judge and until the court rules otherwise he stands condemned.
But here is why I have my doubts:
1. The 10 minutes timeline:
Jowie arrives at Monicah’s apartment disguised as Haron. ( hold on to this name for a minute).
Mind made up, he is allowed into the apartment, not as Jowie but as Haron. Did the guard call Monicah to say “ Madam Haron is here, anaweza ingia?” to which Monicah replied “Mpe simu niongee na yeye” only to find it Jowie and allowed him to come up?
Or did the guards - assuming one or two of them were on duty the past few days when Jowie visited-realize he is posing as Haron and just let him in?
The ID, did it have Haron’s face? Or was it Haron’s but with Jowie’s mugshot?
Let's move into the house:
Jowie has fooled all the guards and gone into the building as Haron; knocks on the door, Monicah lets him in and still determined to kill Monicah, finds her in the company of three other men…. Remember he still has ten minutes.?
Dressed in kanzu and Monicah not showing any signs of distress, jokes about his dressing…. in fact, one of the men says he “felt at home”

Some people get emotional when discussing Kibaki. Kenya united under Kibaki and he basically squandered the goodwill by retreating to his tribal cocoon. Ngilu, Wamalwa, Raila and Kirwa were replaced by Muthaura, Kimunya, Murungaru and Keriri. We have truly never recovered.
I was addressing Kibaki
Moi nurtured and rewarded mediocrity using his tribe.
He systematically killed the civil service.

As if some of us were not alive during the Moi regime when Kalenjin ethnic nationalism was the norm leading to the collapse of so many parastatals and the start and rise of ethnic clashes. Nonsense
Kibaki killed what makes us Kenyan. He single-handedly promoted and quickly advanced ethnic nationalism.
We have never recovered

🤣when you touch Kibaki hyenas will come out gun blazing...ati ooh economy, ooh free education... Ooh thika highway...forgetting that he only rewarded his cronies and old boys club
We become conflict-ridden country.… another failed African project ?

Do you think his judgement was right then? I mean, a few more died between then and 2023 for his cause.. don’t you think he would have pressed hard once and for all? What was the worst that could have happened?
The jury is still out on the others but I agree 100% on Moi and Kibaki.
Kibaki was a big mistake. Terrible mistake for a country! We have never recovered.
How did @ManUtd con it's way into the Premier League?
Such a waste of TV.
You cannot talk about Raila Odinga so casually.
The decision to deny Raila Odinga the presidency was so institutionalized and ethnicized for decades.
So complex even for those who served/serve as presidents!
