I was having stutter issues in CS2 and found an old reddit post called "If you have microstutter issues delete your DirectX shadercache" from Tom Clancy's subreddit.
Solution is to delete the DirectX Shader Cache:
- Delete DirectX Shader Cache from Temporary Files Option
- Delete Files in DXCache Folder (%USERPROFILE%\AppData\LocalLow\NVIDIA\PerDriverVersion\DXCache)
- Restart your PC
It definitely worked for me, I am not stuttering as I previously was. Give it a try once.

Showing how alias jump / movement keys (jump; worked the same) is consistent with the ; on the patch before today vs how it will work with it not working and everyone being on +jump and normal movement keys
Pretty much we are showing the server ticks and registering time scale slower so you can see each tick. With alias / semicolon after commands, the jump will register the tick after we begin it. With subtick / normal “jump” command which is forced now with the update, it can register it on the first tick(like it happened in the video) or as long as 16 ticks we have had happen. In the video it was 9 ticks. This is not optimal

first cs2 scrim experince. 1. we cant buy the correct weapons (we click on m4 it buys nova, click AK it buys scout etc...) 2. We are stuck on default loadout so p2k and no skins 3. Cant refund anything after we buy so no selling mis purchased scouts 4. Game is dogshit
