I have a number of things I would like to say about the current #girardi contempt hearing and events swirling around this. (thread alert).

It's always a pleasure be on @RebeccaJarvis's #TheDropout. As the trial is starting to wrap up, is the defense in "Hail Mary" territory or are their emotional pleas starting to gain headway? I argue the former.

Bankruptcy Court easily grants our motion to proceed against Erika. Erika Jayne's (and fired counsel @RonaldRichards') arguments were non-starters, as we always said. Now we proceed against her. #RHOBH #girardifraud

Erika (through counsel) has just stated in court that she doesn't know if Tom stole the money from the widows and orphans. That is SHOCKING. He has admitted as such. There is a criminal investigation (referred by the Chicago judge) into Tom. #erikajayne #RHOBH

So there is no confusion, @erikajayne's prior comments that she wants the Lion Air widows and orphans to get their stolen money back was all talk. Her lawyer made this clear in court. She is simply protecting Tom and their collective bank accounts. #RHOBH #girardifraud

Always nice to get recognition, but this is a team win. Congrats to everyone at @edelsonpc for the great results these past 2 years. All 70 at the firm have been instrumental in fundamentally changing the class and mass action landscape.

Two things happened right after @RonaldRichards was fired. First, as noted below, the Trustee has withdrawn her opposition to us moving forward against Erika. Second, the Trustee has agreed to let our reply be made public. This means the public can see what we found. #rhobh

The reason this is significant is that he has not been speaking for the Trustee since yesterday. No one should take his odd (and false) comments as coming from the special prosecutor. He is now just an individual speaking for himself.

So there is no confusion, @RonaldRichards was terminated yesterday. I’ve never seen a situation where a lawyer tries to hide that fact and still pretend he is speaking for his client. Court papers removing him will be filed imminently.

Translation: @RonaldRichards was fired earlier today (as suggested by the Trustee who conceded that we found the goods on Erika Jayne and who indicated they will be withdrawing their opposition.) Back to the sidelines Ron. Let the real lawyers do their job. #girardifraud
